I’ve tried several flavors and they’re OK at best the peaches and hard and crunchy and I’m not a fan of that. The churros taste like greasy fried toast no flavor. For the price point I expected better but the concept is nice but I won’t be returning.

this place is terrible, i knew the guy in the store was full bs. talking about it's good. The sweet potato pecan pie taste, like some Anglo-Saxons made it, no sugar, potato still hard. you gets an F- in my book

Total disappointment! If the prices were lower, I wouldn't have expected much. But this place is too expensive for what they deliver. Fresh, better-tasting cinnamon rolls and cookies are $3 - $4 around town. These people charge $10 for a junk product! There's too much competition for this place to survive. The cinnamon rolls were disgusting. The $4 cinnamon roll tray at Wal-Mart is better. The ice cream had a weird texture and the cobbler was below average. This is the wrong part of the country to sell a trash cobbler. The employees "warm" the products, and nothing seems to be baked freshly in the store. This place will never get another dime from me.

The peach cobbler and classic OG Pudding-n shake were delicious! However, I suggest setting up the place like an ice cream or smoothie spot where they prepare the food in front of customers. It felt odd that the employee took our order and then disappeared into the back. Also, consider changing the elevator music; it was quite interesting, but maybe not in a good way. Overall, the food was great, but the ambiance could use some improvement.

I went to the peach cobbler factory today and ordered the regular peach cobbler. I must say the service was fast and the cobbler was amazing. It was hot and tasted fantastic. I will definitely recommend this place.

The Peach Cobbler Factory far exceeded all my expectations. I actually am not a big sweets person however the options were plentiful and provided a little something for every craving. When we walked in we were greeted with smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was exceptional with providing descriptions of the cobblers and helped us narrow down our selections by answering each one our questions. The establishment itself was clean, inviting, spacious and bright! The seating area provides ample space to enjoy dessert and we enjoyed the modern table and chairs. Most importantly.....the peach cobbler was AMAZING!!! It had the right amount of crust to peach radio and a scoop of ice cream. Plainly said.....it was delicious and I can't wait to go back and try another flavor! Great job!!

I can’t speak for the dine in experience but how this place doesn’t have 5 stars for the food is crazy to me. Everything is absolutely delicious. I’ve ordered from here many times Door Dash and I always try something new because it just all looks amazing. My favorite is Honey Apple Cobbler and the Red Velvet Pudding. The regular cobbler is good too as well as the regular banana pudding. I ordered the large Praline and Cinnamon Peach cobbler for Thanksgiving and my family devoured it.

I want to give place another chance. I only hand the sweet potato cobbler which comes with ice cream. The sweet potato also had pecans but it really wasn't sweet. Next time I will try and eat there to make sure it's hot when served . The crust was good though! It appeared to be clean and tidy in the inside Lobby area. Service was quick. I love the grass peachy wall.

First the good: service was quick, restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was cute. To be fair, my daughter said her banana pudding shake was very tasty. Now the bad: the peach cobbler was just above room temperature. Definitely not the warm treat I had come for. And the ice cream was tasteless. At $26 (with tax and tip) for two desserts, one of which was mediocre at best, I won't be back.

Despite the bad reviews my experience was nothing like that. I was helped in a timely manner, the service was good and I loved the pudding. I do think desert flights are too small for the price, other than that I have nothing to complain

The reviews are not lying. It’s just mediocre. The service is nice, the design is cute, but long lines for overpriced mediocre tasting dessert. Why does the store not smell like baking pies/desserts?!?
