We rented out The River Room for our engagement party in September 2025 and could not have asked for a better experience. The venue was perfect, set-up was easy & very accommodating, their catering was fabulous, and their staff were some of the best people I have ever worked with. Our party was loud & crowding the bar & making requests and they never skipped a beat. I’d recommend The River Room & their bartenders over & over again! We will certainly be back...
We rented the bar out for a 50th birthday party and it was literally amazing. Pearl & Alex were great on getting the party started and working the bar. Kudos and highly recommend it for private events!
Top tier cocktails - legitimately inventive ones that innovate beyond the riffs on classics you tend to see and do so successfully. Fun, down to earth atmosphere and friendly people. I was only in Baton Rouge for a short work trip, and found myself wishing I could take this place home with me (speaking as a resident of New Orleans where we have no shortage of amazing bars).
