My salad had a dead fly in it! Horrible experience today at the salad shop. Extremely dirty and what a consider a serious mishandling of food. With the pictures attached, no wonder that flies land on the condiments that are left uncovered.

It is unfortunate that the google reviews does not allow for customers to post photographs of purchased products! My amazing salad that I had prepared by Deshea, was PHENOMENAL!!!!! I am very very please with the service provided and hours given for customers to enjoy a healthy salad UNLIKE “The Salad STATIONâ€. Deshea was extremely friendly and welcoming to the facility not to mention she was extremely eager to help me better create my preferred salad! I will ALWAYS GO to the this location on the most convenient day ever—SUNDAY:) unlike the Salad Station—yuck!

This place does have great salads. So much variety and fresh ingredients. However, there is a bit of a fly problem inside the store, which deters me from eating inside. I'd rather eat in the comfort of my own car knowing i won't be swatting at flies the whole time i'm trying to enjoy my meal. The only other issue I have is the amount of dressing they put on these salads. It's quite excessive. So if you're not a big fan of a puddle of dressing sitting in the bottom of your bowl, you might wanna ask for it on the side.

I've somehow managed to have an awful experience every time I've decided to eat from here. I usually place my order online & either pick up in store or have it delivered via a local delivery service. Their salads are a ton of toppings and a very small amount of actual lettuce. I don't want 50 individual pieces of black olives in one salad, I want an actual green salad. When you order your salad as a wrap, they automatically toast/press it (without even asking if you want it toasted first) You know what lettuce + heat creates? Wilted, mushy, disgusting lettuce. I'm not sure if it's just this location, but they also serve the dressing on the wraps. Do you know how hard it is to hold a poorly rolled sloppy mess in one hand while trying to pour dressing on top with the other hand? The last time I placed an order online, I showed up over 20 minutes after they said the food was ready for pickup, only to find that they hadn't even made the order yet... despite there being no one else in the store. It seems to me like these are all issues created by incompetent workers, but when those same issues continue for the span of a year, it leads one to think that it's actually just a low standard of training and common sense from everyone involved. So glad there are other salad wrap options in this city

Really horrible experience here today. We had a fly in one of the grain bowls. And the sanitation here is terrible. Sloppy staff mishandling food. Food on the floor behind the counter And all of the condiments uncovered. It was Disgusting. I won't be back.

This place was alright. I got the Caesar salad, which was good, but nothing too crazy. It was pretty basic and definitely not worth $9. Pretty much all of the salads here are overpriced, but if you're craving a salad and don't mind spending some money, then the food here is good. Two things stood out, other than the cost, that were negatives. One was the wait time. At lunch on a Monday, we waited about 15 min from opening the door to actually getting our food. Simply put, they need to have a 3rd employee preparing salads, 2 is not enough at prime lunch time, which is definitely a management issue. Second, the sound of the employees chopping up salads in bowls was very loud. It was hard to have a conversation inside the restaurant, which made the overall experience unpleasant. If you're wanting good conversation over a meal, take it to go. Overall, this place is ok. I might go back, but only if someone else suggests it and really wants it.

Hadn't been here in years - decided to stop in for a quick salad... Should have known the second I walked in.... no one was in there. Got home and started eating my salad there was something really hard - was thinking croutons but it kinda felt like it was cracking my tooth (if that makes sense). Picked through more and it was the CHICKEN!! I ate about 1/4 of it before I realized it... Just not very fresh. Pretty disappointed! SALAD STATION IS WAY BETTER AND ACTUALLY FRESH!!!!!
Very much over charges for low quality ingredients. Harasses present and past staff, as well as has failed health code violations a few times in the last few years for mold and mice, aka, "friends."
