Tried The Sno Shop for the first time the other day and loved it. Amazing shaved ice, quick service, and super friendly staff. The new management is clearly doing things right. Highly recommend if you’re in BR and craving a snoball!

My family and I just love The Snow Shop. The flavors are wonderful and the ice is the best! This quaint little shop is under new ownership and it’s the best ! Ask for the Hurricane flavor mixed with Georgia Peach … yummy

Had a Papaw day with my granddaughter and she wanted a snowball, so we stopped here. I got a chili dog with nacho cheese and she had a cherry snowball. I don't usually review places but this place is HIGHLY unappreciated. Great people, service, and food!! Recommend to all!

Slow, tastes bad, they never give enough syrup, long lines, no shade. Just a terrible place, but there are no other options around so we still go.
This stand is consistently trying to serve dry snowballs and convince you that it’s your fault for not getting extra juice for your already overpriced snowball. Zero stars if I could!!!
Update- to the rude person handling the reviews I did contact a manager my FIRST bad experience here and not only was I told that I would receive a gift card that I never got, they continue to train the employees to shortchange the customers. Instead of paying ppl to leave good reviews maybe you should just provide decent customer service.

This is the closest snowball stand to our job so on our break we wanted to go have a snowball we waited no more then 4 mins we didn’t wait long ok we got other employees a snowball as well and I had like 3 snow balls in my hand and another person I brought with me had snow balls as well they wanted us to pay .50 cent each for a cup holder WHY if I have more then 4 snowballs the ice to hard for them to be acting like that behind a cup holder I WILL NOT BE BACK
