It took over 30 minutes minutes to get a small shaved ice without flavor. They weren't terribly busy. It took me walking up and checking on the order (that my child placed and paid for) for the worker to immediately make it and hand it to us. This was after they'd already made 3 others for our group. I don't like posting negative reviews, but sometimes it's necessary.

I went there one Saturday many weeks ago, but no one was there even though it was during their hours of operation. It was a while ago so I don't remember the exact date. I kept meaning to write a review but it kept slipping my mind.Otherwise, this is a very good place to go for a snoball with great service!
