The worst fries we’ve ever eaten. Soggy/wet $10 Parmesan fries in this economy criminal!

This is a chill lil coffee shop that you can enjoy in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge. It’s cozy and quiet where you can get some work done or meet with friends.

Victoria the bartender is amazing! the food and drinks were delicious and served timely. this is definitely a chill vibe for daytime hangouts/leisure. the venue is not too noisy and just busy enough to know the food/service should be a delight.

Why do you close the coffee bar so soon? My family of 5 came in asking for coffee and then another two customers come in asking for it
You should keep the coffee open all the time. The bartender was nice and did a good job.... But no coffee.
Kid-friendliness: Kids had hot chocolate and desert.

Food was very delicious, place is very clean and upscale love the theme. Old school, the only reason why it's 4 is because it's a shared bathroom of the whole building. Down a hall way..
My wife didn't feel safe. But good vibes also parking sucks

Super disappointed! Went here for my birthday brunch after waiting a month to visit.
We get there and are told the kitchen is closed, very backed up, having lots of issues but not sure how long it could take.
While waiting we went to the bar and the only highlight of the trip, and the reason for giving 2 stars was the amazing bar tender Victoria! She was incredible, went above and beyond. Even brought me out a little birthday surprise after hearing about the struggles.
Unfortunately the rest of the experience was very disappointing. After about half an hour we’re told by other customers (not staff) kitchen is taking orders again.
We order, food takes a long time and when they bring it out they tell us they’re out of poached eggs and hope the egg bites will work. We asked if there’s any other option available since it doesn’t work well with what we ordered and are told nope, nothing they can do.
So biscuit sandwich had no poached egg, the SMALLEST piece of cheese (check photo) that was maybe 1/4 of the biscuit size so only 2 bites included cheese…. Biscuit and bacon were both over cooked.
I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they had an off day…. But it was truly disappointing nothing was done or offered to try to resolve any of these issues when we told staff.

I'm a college student, so I absolutely LOVE finding new spots for studying, homework, and of-course coffee. This place was great and I'll definitely be back.
Parking: Parking is not easy to find, and the lack of free parking is disheartening for sure. The service that runs offers discounts that I will find next time I go.
