The Yard Milkshake Bar

Did my research to find out who has dairy free ice cream in Baton Rouge. I found out we had "The Yard Milkshake Bar" in BR. It showed they had dairy free ice cream options. Drove all the way over there to find out, THEY DO NOT!! I had the same thing happen to me before when I drove to the Mississippi location. This seems to be their M.O. in all states.... FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

I’m sorry, but $20 for a milkshake. That is absolutely insane. Not worth the money.

Atmosphere is clean and open space for seating (outside seating aswell). I love the variety of ice cream and milkshakes they offer, definitely a bag for your buck. I also love that they have a cleaning station for when you purchase the bundle of the milk shake w/ glass cup or ice cream w/ the glass cup. The Yard milkshake bar also offers pup cups for your fur babies!

I give 5 stars, the staff was just sweet as they could be, the service was fast and of course everything was delicious ? My kids enjoyed it!

The ice cream is fine, and the sundaes are creative, but very expensive! The worst thing is the smell. This location along with all other Yards have a terrible smell….

I ordered a cake for pick up. The store was unfortunately closed. We were not sure what to do. I reached out through the contact us part on the website and immediately got a response. Marc responded and was extremely helpful in getting our cake to us. He drove to us to bring us the cake. This went above and beyond any expectations and it was truly appreciated. The cake was great, also!

Holy wow! This is an art form and brings out the kid in me every time I go. Definitely a MUST!
