The tour was well done and the guide was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. The bar also has great cocktails. There is also a parking lot on site.

This place was awesome! We decided to try one of their flights, and you can truly taste the craftsmanship that goes into creating their rum. We had a great time stopping by during our visit to Baton Rouge. Pete, the bartender who served us there, was so kind and welcoming! If you’re in the area it’s definitely worth the visit!

Great drinks, taught one of the people i went with how to make some of drinks super chill place. Not in Louisiana often but when I am next ill definitely be back

This place was awesome. The atmosphere, the drinks, the tour and staff were amazing. I took my husband for his birthday and invited a group of friends to join us and we all had a great time. The insite into the rum making process and the knowledge the staff was top notch. We will definitely be returning. Oh the drinks....how would I forget. The drinks were so good and I even purchased an adult caprisun to go. Love this place.

I just bought a bottle of The barrel, aged straight rum from the Alalma plantation. I can say I’m very impressed just by sipping it straight. I definitely look forward to visiting their distillery in downtown Baton Rouge and trying all variations Of Oxbow rum. Great local product made with local sugarcane.
Visited Oxbow on a whim after leaving a nearby business on 12/21/24 at around 4:45pm. So glad we did. Caleb was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the Oxbow offerings and was an exceptional host to our party. The frozen Cain Killer drinks were great and we are now looking forward to returning. We even told a few people already about our great experience thanks to Caleb. Oxbow is fortunate to have him on board. Thank you!

I visited on 6/8/24 and had a wonderful experience! Our tour guide Jimmy was phenomenal; although he’s not from the area, he knew more history of Oxbow’s origin at Alma than most native Louisianans do. I especially enjoyed how every piece of furniture, equipment, and product had a purpose, from the repurposed cane trucks, down to the straws and sanitizers.The rum was outstanding & I was able to leave with a souvenir!
