Was packed, so I understand some issues. But I order an order of wings and the mac and cheese with shrimp came recommended. I was told it would be an almost hour wait, I decided to accept that and I ordered. I paid for my order and sipped on a cocktail while i waited. After 30 minutes the staff came to tell me they were out of shrimp. Offered me steak or chicken as a replacement. I chose steak and off they went. Great weekend vibes that's not extremely crowded. The have pool tables that aren't always occupied. The food is decent but the wait time on food can be ridiculous sometimes. The customer service is always welcoming and entertaining. Great place to relax and unwind for a few hours.
The wings are good, however lately the service has declined, and they really need to work on customer service. When you approach the bar to pick up your food, the bartenders will not acknowledge you, even if they are not serving customers at the bar.
They are busy talking to the customers at the bar and not paying attention to the patrons at the register to pay and pick up food.
