Food is good and hot. My only issue is the fish. The black fatty part need to be taken off. It leaves an after taste and throws the flavor off of the fish. Also that stuff keeps the skin from sticking to the fish. It flakes off and keeps the fish from being enjoyable. The shrimp is good tho. Just currently I would not recommend the fish from here.

The food was fresh and tasty. However, when I arrived, the counter person was taking phone orders so I decided to scan the qrcode and try their new online ordering which said ready in 5 mins. Let's just say, I should have ordered at the window. I watched people come, order at the window, get their food in 5 mins. After watching at least 5 orders go out, I asked about my online order and was told it was coming. Well, after watching many more orders go out to those that ordered at the window I was told several more times that it was being worked on. One of the guys told me I had a large order. NOPE, just 3 fish strip plates. Anyway, I will give them grace because it is a new system but they should probably check the time stamps on orders so they can get them out quickly. I live out of state and Tom's was recommended because it is tasty, affordable, and has super quick service. I witnessed the super quick service just didn't get a chance to experience it.

I called in my family's order and after repeating it multiple times qnd to make it all the way home and it's STILL WRONG! I CALLED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD CORRECT IT. I LOAD UP THE WRONG ORDER AND HEAD BACK TO THE STORE FROM ZACHARY. AFTER HANDING THEM THE ORDER BACK, THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME I OWED THEM $9.00 MORE. I ASKED THEM HOW MUCH WERE THEY GOING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY GAS. CLEARLY THEY THOUGHT I WAS FOOL. I TOLD HIM TO REFUND ME MY MONEY AND IM QUITE SURE THOSE CATFIS NUGGETS THEY TRY TO PASS OFF AS STRIPS WERE SOLD TO SOMEONE AS SOON ASI LEFT. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THAT PLACE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST.

I had that Monday do not eat!! I had fish strips with popcorn shrimp and shrimp fried rice I had a roach in my food!!!!
