Baton Rouge lacks consistent service . Workers that I have had are not knowledgeable about glitches with games or system . Management is either not present for issues or doesn’t care .

Would have been a fine experience but for one of our party getting struck in the head by a stray golf club from the people next to us. No one seemed to care or offer anything by way of apology or compensation. Now the victim of the stray golf club is in hospital. So terrible job all round, won't be in a hurry to go back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Topgolf Baton Rouge, and a huge part of that was thanks to RJay (Ramahd)! He was super professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and cares about giving guests a great time. Baton Rouge is lucky to have him repping the Topgolf team — I’ll definitely be back!

The lemonade tasted like mop water. Only Pepsi products offered. Tried the Pepsi zero and it was not good so I got the diet Pepsi and got charged for both. Whatever, you got me on that one.
The boneless wings were served soggy.
The cheese fries looked ok but the cheese sauce was harder than the times of 1939. The fries were tough on the inside.
A credit card, phone number and email was required. I don’t like people walking off with my card prior to service with all of the fraud going on.

Wanted to share about my experience at topgolf. Seems they’re very understaffed. And the staff that’s currently employed is completely useless. After sitting at the bar for nearly 20 minutes waiting to be served, and nobody asking if we needed help, We were finally informed (after asking the hostess ourselves) that the first floor bar is closed until a certain time. The Shuffle board station is destroyed with sand all over the floor. It doesn’t look like the floors have been swept in a few months. My waitress and the food were great. But overall, the staff is not super helpful and the environment is filthy.

Greens look like a Baton Rouge street with all these pot holes. Food is consistently cold and service is worse. We got drinks with 44 minutes left to our game. Told server we would be ordering more food soon. Didn’t see her again until we had 13 minutes left. Obviously we didn’t order more food or drinks. We also had to chase down a different server for utensils.

The food was amazing, but the service was top notch. Crystal was an incredible server. So kind, quick, and accommodating for my young boys and my dad who has health issues. Very thankful to have spent the afternoon here. We had a great time!
