I’m really disappointed with the experience at Topgolf on Tuesday. I saw your advertisement offering half-price deals, but when I arrived at 6pm, the first level was completely empty, yet I was told there was a 2-hour wait. It doesn’t make sense to only accept reservations, especially when there’s no crowd. This is not the experience I’ve had at Topgolf in other cities. I feel like the way this is being handled is unfair to walk-ins, and the reservation-only policy isn’t being communicated well enough. I would expect better management of wait times and availability, especially for a popular chain like Topgolf."
We had a nice relaxing men's evening with golf and beer. The price is really okay too.
Unfortunately, the technology here is not yet fully developed. Points are sometimes awarded randomly and are based more on chance. In the end, this is a negative point. If it runs smoothly, 100% recommendation!

Location is at 1/3rd capacity and they quote 1 hour wait time. Closed off an entire floor for no reason. Creating a false sense of scarcity is a really poor business model when people are wanting to be able to play.

Sat in the bar area and ordered food and drinks, after about a half hour we were told our food was dropped and the order had been resubmitted. Over an hour to get food after everyone else’s food arrived, including orders put in after we were notified of dropped food. You would think if food was dropped it would be put in as a rush and not back at the end of all orders. When I asked the sever for barbecue sauce he stated he’d have to get it from the kitchen, ok I’ll wait-10 minutes of me sitting at the bar he finally went to go get it. No apologies or discount for inconvenience.

We reserved two bays side by side yesterday for my son's 9th bday. We had a party of 4 adults and 7 kids. Our server JB was absolutely wonderful! So let me reiterate this negative review has nothing to do with our service from him. HOWEVER, at the end of the remaining time, I took my youngest son to bathroom to change him and my husband took our other son to the bathroom . My niece and her fiance were at the table with the rest of kids . Before going to the bathroom I had taken out my Summer Fridays lip gloss and placed it on one of the tables . And accidentally forgot it there . When i came back to the table , i guess they had another party coming to our bay and had hurried up and wiped the tables down . My lipgloss was gone. I then called JB back to table and told him . He asked the two female servers who cleared off our table who told me they didn't see anything . I was going to let it go , until i walked downstairs and my niece pointed out someone and said she took it. Your lipgloss was underneath one of the menus and she put it in pocket . i asked my niece again if she was positive and she said absolutely. I then went back upstairs and spoke with the manager Adam who was there and informed him of what happened and that my niece saw his employee HANNAH steal my lipgloss off the table. I then went up the server and asked her if she had it and just to give it back and that would be the end. She told me she didn't have it, that she saw it on the table but didnt know where it went. Which was odd bc initially she said she didnt see anything.
We were in Bays 211 and 212 upstairs from 11:30-1:30pm on 11/16 yesterday. I would like the cameras looked at, so that you all can aware of what thiefs and dishonest people work for your company. We literally spent almost $500 there yesterday so the $30 lip gloss was nothing. It's the PRINCIPLE of it all! Don't take anything thats not yours. Clearly we were coming back to the bays considering we hadn't closed the check out with JB and my purse was still sitting on the chair and a baby bottle! Very disappointed! I will be calling corporate office on Monday as well. If it's one thing I hate, it's a liar...

Service was absolute crap. We got here and said we would wait for a hour for a second level or third level bay. Waited an hour, told us they had a bay on the first floor for us. So we we waited for nothing. They already had 1st floor bays available when we got there.
We wanted to play shuffleboard to kill time. Couldn’t. Out of sand.
Our server rarely came to check on us. This place has gone down hill. Seems like there is nothing but children here. Probably children managing too.

Our bay didn’t work the first 30 minutes so they gave us the time back. Then the bay only had 1 game working and we couldn’t move to another bay even with multiple other bays open.

Always have loved top golf. But the Baton Rouge location has clearly not taken good care of their grounds. So many rips/holes in the turf that cause wrinkling along the grounds which makes boucing a ball into the hole almost impossible, along with accumulated water holes, and to top if off, half the balls that scored, weren’t even counted on the display. Such a shame because i love top golf, but this place is falling apart.

Customer service was not good at all. I found a lot of things to be unprofessional from the way the server took our drink orders and how she spoke to us, and to the “specific” manager they sent over to the table to discuss us an issue pertaining to my party. I feel as if the company should have better communication about their policies, and the perception they give when trying to speak with customers about policies.

The last 15 minutes we were asked 3 times about continuing or paying. During the last minute of play, our server, Devin, walked up the person actually swinging to get a credit card.
In addition to that, the pop-ups to ask you to rate then delay gameplay, but definitely eat up your time.
Water holes on the field, really?
This is the 4th Top Golf that I played at and by far the worse, I will never attend this facility again.

We had a Birthday party for my son on bay 220 with 8 people in our group. We went over the reserved time and was moved into another bay when clearly had other bays on that floor to accommodate other parties. The Manager was very rude, obnoxious and unprofessional with no care for Customer service. We spent a great deal of money. Therefore, we will never visit that TopGolf in Baton Rouge, La.
