My girls and I arrived at 10:40 ready to hit some balls and have a great time. We walked in and were informed there was a 45 minute to hour wait. Not realistic!!! The place would be closed!!! I think they turn people away so they can get out of there on time. Literally saw 30 people leave and was still told it would be the same wait time!! The parking lot was empty!!

This place used to be fun. They tell you 45 minutes when you walk in, took maybe 5 minutes. Not sure if they want you to leave?? Then we climb the stairs to the 3rd floor because the elevator is down. Go to the bathroom and there’s one stall working… people pay $60 an hour to come here….

I’ve been to Top Golf in several cities and have had cold air blowing during g hot months- an oscillating fan doesn’t help much at all! Will not go back in the Louisiana heat and that is about 10 months out of the year! We would have bought more minutes but too stinkin hot!

Came here for my son’s 8th birthday and couldn’t be more happier!! The food is delicious, the mimosa had me sitting sideways and the music was lovely but not too loud and obnoxious!
Our waitress was very friendly and knows about the menu and the establishment! I didn’t play but I watched my boys having fun while I was sitting pretty away from the Louisiana humidity. There are fans blowing nice, cool air so my makeup didn’t melt off like it usually does.
It wasn’t too expensive either since we came on a Thursday and it’s half-off Monday-Thursdays.
Can’t wait to come back without the kids for a date night with my hubby!
Bonus: They have Scott’s paper towels in the super-clean bathrooms! And if you’re an oily girlie like me those paper towels are super absorbent so you’re not walking around looking like the bottom of a pizza box!!
10/10 will definitely recommend

Baton Rouge lacks consistent service . Workers that I have had are not knowledgeable about glitches with games or system . Management is either not present for issues or doesn’t care .
It is something that is enjoyable with the family. Hot during the summer even at night, so more a winter thing in my opinion

Would have been a fine experience but for one of our party getting struck in the head by a stray golf club from the people next to us. No one seemed to care or offer anything by way of apology or compensation. Now the victim of the stray golf club is in hospital. So terrible job all round, won't be in a hurry to go back.

He was super professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and cares about giving guests a great time. Baton Rouge is lucky to have him repping the Topgolf team — I’ll definitely be back!
