If there was an option to give no stars I would. This is not my first time going and having fun at Top Golf all my experiences have been great except for yesterday. My children have been wanting to go for some time so a friend of mine and myself decided we were going to take our children. My party was a party of 8 just myself my friend and 6 children. When we arrived we had to wait like 15 minutes for a pod which is not an issue at all we have waited longer other places. The issue we had was when we arrived to our booth we were not greeted at all. We did not know who our server was at all. We played a whole hour and still noone came to ask us if we needed anything. I wanted to order some snacks for myself and the children but noone asked us anything. I would say maybe 25 minutes into our play time a group of guys that looked like they had money to spend was in the pod next to ours they immediately received help we still received no assistance at all. Finally when the children had like 7 minutes left to play a server came and asked “is everything okay?, are yall doing okay?” I kind of gave her a side eye and was like yes we are fine. I had plans on spending a ton of money on snacks, drinks, and leaving a nice tip (which i always do anywhere i go if the service is great) but this experience was just not good at all. I will not be coming for some time and will share this experience with others as well. Thank you

Celebrated my 14 yr olds bday by playing at BR Top Golf. The kids had a blast! The food was great and the service was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a shift change so we had to close out our tab with the food and then restart one with the new server that didn’t show us the attention that the 1st one did. The 1st server was Fantastic!
DO NOT WORK HERE!!!! My son applied and started training. I was not ok with giving a 15 year old his actual ss card so i sent him with a copy. They "terminated" him for that but didn't tell him he was terminated. Now its time for his check. He has been given 3 dates on when his check was mailed as well as being told he needed to go in to pick it up. When we got there to pick it up, he was told it was mailed. We called corporate office and still can't get an answer. All we are getting is a run around and no pay check.

The service and facilities were fantastic. The functionality of the games were not. Scoring was not tracked well and false at times. Both our set and the party next to us were frustrated with score tracking

It's kindof a weird mini-golf place. Not a single putter available; and the fact that we stayed stationary the whole time really confused me. The jungle gym they have over the edge is awesome though. Limited, as it's purely net-based. But being suspended 30 feet above the ground with a bunch of staff yelling at you to "GET OUT OF THERE!" and "IF YOU DO THAT AGAIN WE'RE TRESSPASSING YOU!" is just a really cool experience. Highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: Kids could probably be here.

We went to top golf in baton rouge and during our time there the tracking off the balls were WAY OFF ruining the experience and causing us to be confused on where our ball is. We understand if it bugs sometimes but if it’s every ball we hit, that’s no fun and makes us not want to come
