My vegetarian son and I came in on an LSU game day. Due to that, there was a limited menu of tacos, none of which were vegetarian. But I asked an employee, Maddie, who turned out to be the manager, if there was anything that could be done. She checked with the kitchen and my son was able to get a fried avocado taco along with a bean and cheese one. She went above and beyond when she could easily said sorry (because the place was packed!!. And we had such a great experience thanks to Maddie
