Asked for the food fresh and it wasn’t even fresh and the lady said that it would be fresh. Worst customer service ever and the food wasn’t even hot! Would not recommend at all!!! Shut this store down!!

I was just in the blue store sitting at the table waiting for my food, and I saw the little Asian dude in the back cooking. While he was taking some chicken out of the fryer putting it into the bowl, he dropped one chicken wing on the floor. Why this dude picked that chicken wing up, threw it back in the grease, and then put it back in the pan. I'm done with the blue store on highland.

The owner is rude. I went in last wk to get fish combo but fish wasn’t in my bag. When I called the place the young took my info. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to return that day and the next day I became ill. I went in today spoke to the owner and he replied I should have can back last wk. when I explained I grew up, the owner replied that doesn’t have nothing to do with me. I was ready to buy more food, I juz wanted what I already paid for but I’ll NEVER RETURN THERE!.

Not what it use to be just a year ago. New staff, no specials and deals, prices went up and food is not as good as before. Wings are much smaller and the flavor isn't the same. The indoor seating is better and clean but the service is just service. No welcome or thank you- just order and go.

I was there at 6:30. Wings were ice cold. The young girl was rude. Very different than my experiences 1 year ago. People were attentive before. The last three times my experience has been terrible. This used to be a go to place. Not anymore.

My sister there today just now to get chicken she requested fresh chicken once she got her chicken she tasted every single piece of food in the bag she goes to tell them the food was not fresh at all. He takes the food she has bit off and puts it in grease and gave it back to her! That is not how that go that is not sanitary at all. How many times have they done that. Yall beware because that is cross contamination!
