I ordered food at about 10:30 a.m., with an agreed pickup time for 11:15 a.m. I ran errands and returned to the store at 11:10 a.m. I didn't get my food until 11:50 a.m. From what I understood, the young man that took my order thought I said 11:50 a.m. I can see how that could have been misunderstood. However, if I returned with a receipt, basically to an almost empty lobby, I thought they would get my order out of the way before their rush came. Imagine seeing order...
The wait be too long for such an active blue store and sometimes they be frying the chicken too long the chicken be dry and hard sometimes . This Blue store needs to Remember when the chicken floats it’s ready. The counter could be cleaner and the waiting areas and doors need be cleaned with Bleach.
