Usually I just get a smoothie (and they're absolutely delicious, and a fantastic value), but this time I decided to get some food, the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap and Jalapeño Corn, and WOW!!! Somehow, it's even better than the smoothies!! So full of flavor and spice, and the wrap was PACKED with fillings! Will definitely be coming back for more food soon!!

Went through the drive thru and my order was repeated back to me wrong twice with a fruit I’m allergic to included in my smoothie so I decided to go inside and make my order. Worker was rude had an attitude that she got the order wrong the other two workers were hyper focused on a big order and made my smoothie entirely wrong. I love tropical smoothie but this location and team need to be overhauled. I got a smoothie with pomegranate and cranberries in it and they handed it to me yellow. How?!?!? I had my husband take it back and they actually tried to justify it? I’ve been getting that smoothie for years. I know what the color and texture should be like. They rushed thru the redo and didn’t blend it all the way. I had huge ginger chunks in it. Never again until I go out of town. They have ruined my tropical smoothie experience entirely???? ?☹️

I go to the drive through and placed my order of a sunshine smoothie. I literally waited in line for 20 minutes. Just to get to the windows to be inform they only taking cash. It's 2024! Who is walking around with cash ??? Please don't go here. Didn't offer the drink for free or a coupon after making customer wait 20 minutes.

I’ve never had a problem with this location until today. I ordered a chipotle chicken club and I ate half of it until I noticed a solid hard plastic in my food. I had noticed it when I chewed down and felt something hard. This is very unsanitary and there should be more precautions when making someone’s food. I’m not sure what this piece of plastic could’ve came from but it’s absolutely disgusting.

Tropical smoothie definitely surpassed my expectations ?. The service was fast and efficient. The food was delicious. I ordered the santa Fe chicken Dilla and the Bahama mama smoothie! This place is one of my new favorite spots ? ❤️. Thank you Tropical cafe.

The food is delicious! The staff is also very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long to get my meal, which is nice. I’m a big fan of their wraps!#

Waiting over 30 minutes in line…the wrap tasted bland and the smoothie had big chunks of something in it. Gross.

Waited in line for 10 minutes no one answered the speaker, so I went inside. There is only one person working, and doesn’t greet me and doesn't know what is going on. After waiting for 15 minutes I got my smoothie that was not blended. Huge chunks of avocado I couldn’t get through the straw. Again one person working, and the other girl was just playing on her phone.

I usually love this place, but their bowls are not worth it. Very small not much fruit . Base is frozen.

The crew here are genuinely kind. I ordered a bowl that had ingeedients that the store had ran low on. One lady apologized about it and asked if i wanted another bowl and even offered me a complimentary apple or banana. I wasn't expecting this and the overall experience made me feel appreciated. Best crew at a Tropical Smoothie I've been to.

Haven't been yet but want to very baldly!

The chicken, bacon, ranch flatbread was so good!! The flatbread has a little crisp to it. Mmm. Trying the chicken mango flatbread next. Great customer service with very kind employees. Strongly recommend for a quick, healthy lunch and great experience. And they have a drive through ;)

This was my first time going. The food and the smoothies are okay. I do like that they give the option to substitute/add items from your wrap, sandwich, or salad. Also they offer a variety of supplements that can be added to your smoothies. But the service is was got me, the lady that waited on me was kind and patient. She gave me a run through of everything they offered and anything she didn’t know about, she made sure to ask someone so I could know. I will be going back this place is good if your starting a healthy food journey.
