Love the wraps & smoothies but hate the staff’s attitude. Everyyyyy time I come here the employees have an attitude when taking my order. I understand people have bad days. But I don’t think you’re having a bad day every single time I come….

Extremely slow service at this location, but I really enjoy their smoothies and wraps. The detox island green smoothie and the Thai chicken wrap are both very good.

Tropical Smoothie today and was extremely disappointed with the service. I ended up waiting 35 minutes for my food, which is completely unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to be “fast food.” The delay seemed to be caused by an employee repeatedly walking in and out of the restaurant instead of focusing on getting orders out. When i got out of my car (in drive thru) & went to ask about my order I was met with attitude.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers come expecting quick service. There’s no reason why I should be waiting longer here than I would at a sit-down restaurant. Please do better—this is not the standard I expect from Tropical Smoothie maybe McDonald’s.

Usually I just get a smoothie (and they're absolutely delicious, and a fantastic value), but this time I decided to get some food, the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap and Jalapeño Corn, and WOW!!! Somehow, it's even better than the smoothies!! So full of flavor and spice, and the wrap was PACKED with fillings! Will definitely be coming back for more food soon!!

Went through the drive thru and my order was repeated back to me wrong twice with a fruit I’m allergic to included in my smoothie so I decided to go inside and make my order. Worker was rude had an attitude that she got the order wrong the other two workers were hyper focused on a big order and made my smoothie entirely wrong. I love tropical smoothie but this location and team need to be overhauled. I got a smoothie with pomegranate and cranberries in it and they handed it to me yellow. How?!?!? I had my husband take it back and they actually tried to justify it? I’ve been getting that smoothie for years. I know what the color and texture should be like. They rushed thru the redo and didn’t blend it all the way. I had huge ginger chunks in it. Never again until I go out of town. They have ruined my tropical smoothie experience entirely???? ?☹️

I go to the drive through and placed my order of a sunshine smoothie. I literally waited in line for 20 minutes. Just to get to the windows to be inform they only taking cash. It's 2024! Who is walking around with cash ??? Please don't go here. Didn't offer the drink for free or a coupon after making customer wait 20 minutes.

I’ve never had a problem with this location until today. I ordered a chipotle chicken club and I ate half of it until I noticed a solid hard plastic in my food. I had noticed it when I chewed down and felt something hard. This is very unsanitary and there should be more precautions when making someone’s food. I’m not sure what this piece of plastic could’ve came from but it’s absolutely disgusting.

Tropical smoothie definitely surpassed my expectations ?. The service was fast and efficient. The food was delicious. I ordered the santa Fe chicken Dilla and the Bahama mama smoothie! This place is one of my new favorite spots ? ❤️. Thank you Tropical cafe.
