Waited in line for 10 minutes no one answered the speaker, so I went inside. There is only one person working, and doesn’t greet me and doesn't know what is going on. After waiting for 15 minutes I got my smoothie that was not blended. Huge chunks of avocado I couldn’t get through the straw. Again one person working, and the other girl was just playing on her phone.

The crew here are genuinely kind. I ordered a bowl that had ingeedients that the store had ran low on. One lady apologized about it and asked if i wanted another bowl and even offered me a complimentary apple or banana. I wasn't expecting this and the overall experience made me feel appreciated. Best crew at a Tropical Smoothie I've been to.

The chicken, bacon, ranch flatbread was so good!! The flatbread has a little crisp to it. Mmm. Trying the chicken mango flatbread next. Great customer service with very kind employees. Strongly recommend for a quick, healthy lunch and great experience. And they have a drive through ;)

This was my first time going. The food and the smoothies are okay. I do like that they give the option to substitute/add items from your wrap, sandwich, or salad. Also they offer a variety of supplements that can be added to your smoothies. But the service is was got me, the lady that waited on me was kind and patient. She gave me a run through of everything they offered and anything she didn’t know about, she made sure to ask someone so I could know. I will be going back this place is good if your starting a healthy food journey.

I work in the food service industry & I normally wouldn't leave a bad review but this experience was AWFUL. I had a reward for a free breakfast item because I had enough points & I redeemed it & the lady scanned it & closed the window so I exited the app. She then opened the window up 2 mins later & said it didn't go through & the app wouldn't let me redeem it again because it had already used my points. When another employee came over the lady tried to blame it on ME when it was not my fault that she didn't push the right button on her screen & had told me it went through when it didn't. She proceeded to toss the bag in my car (not even hand it to me) & said "JUST TAKE IT" while making very rude gestures. 0/10 customer service skills. I've never had a problem at this location or any other location except with this lady. Also the lady was at least 35-40 trying to blame a college student...unprofessional & the food there is great but not sure I'll be returning if this is how they treat customers now.

This is my favorite Tropical Cafe Smoothie in all of Baton Rouge!! The staff is excellent and the smoothies are phenomenal!! The management team genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend going here for a healthy smoothie and delicious food.

You are going to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru for one smoothie. They dont even ask if you want to tip they just tip their self with your money.

Do not try to get something here around lunch! Waited 30 minutes in the drive through and never got to order! The kicker, there were only a handful of cars in line. Don’t waste your lunch break like I did, go someplace else!
