Look ima keep it 100 with yall. Its good as hell, but if they have 3 people in that drive thru line, you better have 45 minutes to sit behind them in that line.
Your assistant manager Tara came around the corner and mugged me and then walked away fast this is very unprofessional I love coming to this location but this was very very rude of her, Today my açaí bowls were very nasty and regularly they are very delicious

Provided me the wrong order that contained coconut which I'm allergic to and refused to give a refund or replacement unless I brought the bowl I picked up four hours previously for lunch. $9 is apparently more important than killing someone.
I visited for the first time on Saturday, 3/22/25 per the referral of my godsister who loves the spot. I had guests from out of town. That were also interested. However, when it was just a minor mistake in two of our orders, one of the employees was rather rude about having to fix the order or even apologize for the mistake in the order. Instead, she debated and insisted that she did not make any mistakes instead of trying to make it right for the customer. And my friend opted to just throw away the smoothie because of the bad service. I can understand if my guest was rude. However, she asked nicely, and was still treated badly. In my order, I specifically asked for no pesto, but was given a wrap full of pesto sauce. The young lady that helped me was apologetic and rectified it immediately. No issues and it was AMAZING.
A word of advice would be to actually listen to the customer, understand it's okay to have made a mistake and not have a attitude; understand that someone has paid for a particular item, and just fix it for them the right way.
I don’t even know where to start. I ordered from Tropical Smoothie through DoorDash, hoping for a quick and easy meal. What I got instead was a complete mess and a frustrating experience from start to finish.
First off, the order I received was entirely wrong. Not only were the items wrong, but the order was under someone else's name. I don't understand how this could happen, and it's incredibly annoying to have to deal with this kind of mistake. I have no idea how this was even possible—did my order get switched with someone else’s? And on top of that, I now have to waste my time fixing the problem instead of actually enjoying my meal.
The real cherry on top, however, was trying to get this resolved. I called the store hoping to fix the issue, but their phone line wasn't working. Of course, I tried multiple times, only to be met with frustration after frustration. It’s already upsetting enough to receive the wrong order, but when you can’t even reach anyone to address the issue, it just compounds the whole situation.
To make matters worse, I’m unable to leave work to go to the store and sort this out in person. I’m stuck here, trying to resolve something that should’ve been a simple transaction, but instead, I’m left feeling completely helpless and dissatisfied.
I expect a lot better service, especially when it comes to getting a simple meal delivered correctly. This has been nothing short of a nightmare, and it’s left me completely dissatisfied. Tropical Smoothie and DoorDash, you need to fix your communication and service issues before I even think about using your services again.
I love tropical smoothie but i hate the baton rouge location on airline. They never fail to disappoint me. Giving out wrong orders, barely putting any meat in the wraps. The smoothies are always fine but whenever I travel out of state or go to the other tropical locations the food always taste good the portions are always correct and my order is always correct. Today my chicken pesto tasted horrible from this location, but again it’s always SOMETHING with this location. I’ve been to this location several times now & haven’t said anything but this is like the 10th time they’ve messed up. Go to the other baton rouge location by lsu instead
I love this place and come here almost daily! Today I had to order through door dash and when I received my order the wrap was missing. Door dash wouldn't give my money back so I called the location. I told them what happened and they put the phone down to talk to their manager. I could hear them talking in the background about the wrap then I was hung up on. I've tried calling back four times now and no one will pick up 🤬 this is totally unprofessional and rude. I do have my door dash receipt as well as pics and will be going up there when I can. I love this place I truly do and never has issues before but today really upset me.
AND after reading multiple one stat reviews I see why people don't wanna come to your store. Horrible customer service. I spent $30 and didn't even receive my entire order. Do better people, or find a different job!
I placed an online order, and when I went into the store no one acknowledge my presence. I stood there for 20 mins, wasn't asked if I needed anything. Finally someone asked my name and had I ordered. I have been to the denhan and Gonzales locations and have nothing bad to say. My Acai bowl was made very sloppy. It's like they throw it all together to get you on your way. I was excited to have one so close to my work, but will make the drive to go where it's done in a better and more professional manner
I placed an order online and went to drive through to get it. Waited near 30mins to get to the window, waited another 10mins before someone addressed me. Per the website my order had been ready over 20mins ago and they hand me liquidly smoothies. I had to send back. The audacity of you all to give me a drink that’s liquid that you can clearly see once I arrived home, and opened my food the sandwich was dry. No chipotle Mayo on it at all. In additional one bag of chips was missing! This is sad and this place is not cheap. Food and smoothie is NEVER consistent. One day you may get a good smoothie and the next visit you do not just like the food. One dine in visit I sent my food back. They had about 3-4 pieces of chicken on my flatbread with lots of lettuce smh. No way it was 3oz of meat not what I had paid for it. It’s like they are eyeballing the measurements for everything and it’s always different workers. Save your time and money and go to Dr Feel Goos on Coursey. You won’t be disappointed!
