Do not go here!! I had an absolutely horrible experience smoothie had ice chunks that made it undrinkable. And they forgot most of my food . And the flavor on the other drink was flavored completely different than it was last time I got it. It's horrible I'm never coming here

I come here at least 5-6 times a week and every time I end up waiting 15-20 min no matter if I order ahead or not.. & please check your bag before you leave. It seems as though chips, spoons and straws are easily forgotten about here. Imagine getting an açaí bowl for the road and you don’t have a spoon…..

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible! Every last employee looked uninterested in their job. I had to wait way too long to get my drive thru order. After several minutes of waiting the woman opens the window and asked me what I ordered. ? I ordered a yogurt bowl with peanut butter. Once received I realized there was no peanut butter added to the yogurt. Went inside to get it corrected and the girl behind the counter would not even acknowledge that I was there. Finally, another uninterested looking young lady asked me what I needed and corrected my order. No apologies or nothing. Just handed over the bag. This location definitely needs extensive customer service training!!

Customer service is awesome. However the food is mediocre. Today (12/13/23) I ordered their spinach/feta wrap for breakfast. There was hardly any ingredients within the wrap, and the wrap itself was the size of what you would give to a kid. It was mostly just the tortilla that was soggy from with sauce. The location of this place is quite convenient being that there's not too many options in close proximity of where I work. Would love to see it thrive and hopefully they ease up on being stingy with the ingredients. Some us love and would prefer a more hardier and fulfilling wrap, salad, sandwich, etc etc. I gave it 3 stars because the employees are very kind and helpful.

I ordered from here two months ago through door Dash they made my order wrong I so I stop ordering from them … ordered it again today and they made it wrong again and they will never refund my money.

I order from tropical smoothie frequently however when I came to this location to pick up an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:48am I was made to wait around until almost 8:20am. During this waiting period I was asked if I ordered at the correct store, what I ordered and given an incorrect order. I showed my proof of online order multiple times and STILL waited for an additional 12mins. After finally receiving my order I arrived to work 10mins late due to this stores mistakes just to found out that my order was INCORRECT. Absolutely appalling customer service and this location needs to do better.

I ordered a kiwi quencher and it tasted horrible. It tasted like banana and sugar water. I brung it back & this one was super watered down. It didn’t taste like they added any fruit just sugar and water. Extremely disappointed. I will not be going back to this location for my favorite drink.
