I went here for my anniversary last night. We arrived at 8 for an 8:15 reservation. They told us to wait at the bar so we ordered a cocktail. there were dishes where we sat. someone picked up the dishes but did not wipe off the bar! She took our drink orders and did not wipe of the bar that was covered with stick stuff likely from other people's drinks. Terrible experience. They may have a beautiful atmosphere with fancy (and delicious food), but there are people on their staff who need serious training. Especially the hostess and the (alcohol) bartender. Send them to Chick-Fil-A customer service boot camp. Most importantly, they are not accommodating to those who are handicap.
