Food was mediocre. The fried rice was very different and unique...not bad but okay. Tons of mushrooms and had a really earthy taste. It is definitely an acquired taste. The grilled shrimp and sushi was amazing!
I have been coming here ever since it’s opening. My issue is that the sushi rolling is horrendous. The last 4 times I’ve been the sushi just completely falls apart when trying to take a bite. Too many sushi places in town to have this happen. Service lately has also been lack there of. You will lose customers if you continue on this path. No one wants sushi that falls apart and no one wants bad service.
We went in today because we had gotten a $50 voucher for the restaurant. When we got there we tried to place a to-go order with the voucher and were told it can only be used for dine in (despite it not mentioning it anywhere on the website or the voucher). Essentially we were forced to dine in as there are no refunds for the voucher once it’s purchased.
