The food look great from just looking at it. However , tasting the food we were given the wrong flavors. Contacted valley wings and was advised to come back and they would replace the food with the correct food. I was fine with that due to the amount spent. Get to valley wings and the OWNER states the worker didn’tKnow any better and they couldn’t replace the food they made incorrectly. If anything you stand on what you say as a business owner. Pathetic !

I normally get great service but I’m just confused on if they’re open every Monday or certain Mondays. It’s a hit or miss when I try to order on a Monday and no one updates the hours on instagram or google letting people know if they will be open or not.

Haven't had Valley Wings in two years, but I must say my meal today was amazing! The owner himself prepared my meal so I KNEW it was going to buss ?. I ordered the 3PC tenders (Honey Hot) with cajun fries. Go fw them because you will not regret it ??

The food!!! Oh my goodness the food!!! If you like a honey mustard, theirs is on point. Lady behind the counter was very kind!!! I was also super happy that the wings are crispy as well as the fries!!!

Very wholesome environment. Awesome customer service. The creole wings taste amazing. And they had my favorite Mississippi beverage…KOOLAIDE!!!! I’m definitely going back next time I have a wing craving.

Idk who hired the yt guy with the glasses, but he had so much resilience today when dealing with terrible customers. I witnessed two customers who were upset that they had to wait on fresh food. The sign legit says “made fresh”. U can hear the chicken going into the grease in the back ! This couple ordered right before me (literally in line with me) and lied about being there over 45 minutes waiting on an order. I looked at my receipt and laughed at their ignorance. That young man stood there ten toes down and let that couple throw very hurtful statements at him. Not once did he get upset, curse them out, or anything. His customer service was excellent! And he even kept great customer service with the rest of the customers as the angry couple demanded a refund and he apologized to me as if it was his fault. It wasn’t his fault. Some people are just stupid. I worked in the food industry myself for ten years and this interaction was nothing new to me. I had some choice words for that couple but instead I rather send a positive review for the young man who stood there against their ignorance and helped his customers. Good job on that and thanks for a great meal !
The food here is good but I’ll never understand why when I preorder and pay for my food, I still have to wait an additional 15-30 mins to get my food when I go to the restaurant to pick it up. I did two orders with door dash, one for delivery and one for pickup. My delivery order was cancelled due to my food not being ready and the drivers still having to wait for my order. My order for pickup was placed and confirmed at exactly 4:21 pm and it wasn’t ready until 5:00 pm and one of my orders was still wrong. This is the only restaurant I know that makes you wait for an order that already paid for. It’s honestly frustrating and this isn’t the first time I’ve had this happen with this restaurant. Something needs to change.

Went to the denham location. The wings were really good. I had the sweet chili and the garlic parmesan boneless wings and the hubby had the mango habanero and the hot honey. Very good food and excellent customer service. We will be back!

Best wings in Baton Rouge and it's not close! All the flavors are delicious and they have good ranch. If you are near LSU you have to stop by Valley Wings.
