Ordered the flaming brown sugar milk tea with boba. It was very tasty however, my stomach bothered me afterwards. For whatever reason, being I cannot do dairy milk and slightly allergic to soy, certain lactose free milk and soy milk do not agree with me. Found out later it was lactose free milk instead of non-dairy powder milk that I'm use to. I would recommend this place to others but for myself, I will skip out on the milk tea.

This was my first time trying Vivi Boba Tea. It was very clean in there and the staff was extremely friendly and patient.
I got the salt n pepper fried squid, salt n pepper fried shrimp, takoyaki, a regular Boba tea and grapefruit passion fruit boba.
Everything was so yummy. All the textures and flavors of each item was spot on. The drinks were refreshing and fun. I would eat here everyday😆

This place is horrible. My parents own a business in the same plaza as this place and I always go here because it’s literally walking distance from it. The girl that takes orders is extremely rude. Has a smart mouth. Last time I came here I asked for whole milk and she kept on correcting me that they only had lactose free milk and then the other girl that works there turned around and said it was whole milk. Then I go in today and she’s rude again. I walked out because I’m literally spending 9 dollars on a drink which I don’t mind but customer service is everything. Please do something about her because I’ve noticed that she’s the same with other people. I saw her talking badly to an older woman the last time I came.
