Ive been coming here for a goood while. Coming in about 1-3 times in one week. I order the same thing most times. A few weeks ago i go to get a new drink and order my fav blue galaxy for bae who has nvr tried it. I got to my apt about 10-15 min away n bae looks at me saying the drink was disgusting. confused, i tasted the drink n noticed half the main items werent in the drink. it was like water. Didnt hav time to call right then n there but called a little later, see if i can get a do over. mustve been a simple mistake, it happens ??♀️. the girl who made my drink tells me that basically it wasnt they’re fault n that my drink mustve watered down because itd been in hour since “the girl” came in to purchase the items. I kindly explained to her saying the drink was takin 10-15 min after purchased, and that I, JUST had the time to call about it. She then said she knows “the girl” she comes all the time and “she” can come in and get a new one right now. I told her for the second time Im “the girl” that comes in there n that i was now 30-45min away n if i could respectfully come tomorrow on my way to work since i work down the road. She said no because thats a diff shift. I again kindly asked if there was no other way? While i understand mistakes can be made its not my fault the drink was messed up and shuddnt be faulted n hav to drive 30min there n 30min bak. I told her i can bring the card i paid with n ID if it were that serious. N she refuse to replace the drink on the day it was more convenient for me to come thru (literally the next day)Very disappointed on how they handle complaints especially when i wasnt rude about it. the girl as always was monotone n seemed as if she didnt care. I havnt been back since then n probably wont come bak. Make sure if they mess up your drinks to taste them there…??… or hopefully your around the corner because they will not work with you on fixing their mistakes. Most places hav a book or a way to track mistakes. Will take a diff route home n continue to go to teatary off coursey n jefferson.

First time having boba. I had mango slush with strawberry popping bubbles.I didn’t realize I had to choose a sugar level from 0-5. (5 is considered the regular way) I’d never had boba, so I picked a 4. WAY too sweet for me. The fruit was nice. I just couldn’t finish it.The ice in the slushes are not like snow cones at all. I was expecting a smooth, icy texture. These have chunky ice, so that wasn’t very nice.The popping bubbles were fun. I’m keen to try the non-popping ones now with much less sugar. Hopefully, they have a blender that can break up the ice better.
I’ve tried a few things from here and everything has been good but their brown sugar milk tea with boba is THE BEST in Baton Rouge imo

The interior of the building is gorgeous, but my cashier was very rude. She had a horrible tone and made faces. My drink was rushed, not well-made, and something in it tasted like it had gone sour. It sucks to waste that much money. 0/10

Nice cozy place to cool down after shopping at the Asian Market. This day, my sister and I feasted on the cloud matcha, blue galaxy, and some popcorn chicken!Cloud matcha: Definitely recommend! It's basically a matcha slushie and the matcha: sweetness ratio was perfect Blue galaxy: Refreshing drink! Great mix of tart + sweetnessPopcorn chicken : After trying this again ~1 year later, tastes so much better! It wasn't as salty this time and complemented the blue galaxy drink

Spent almost $20 with tips for 2 drinks and I was hoping for better service. The girl in the counter has a rude tone to her voice as if she does not want to tends to customers. The drinks were good, but she forgot one of the toppings I asked for.
