We’ve been waiting for ten minutes for someone to take our order. It is NOT busy. Only two other families here. Waitress is behind bar playing on her phone. Unacceptable. Zero stars.
Edit: finally came and took our order. We have been waiting at least fifteen minutes for that and still no coffee on the table. Unacceptable.
Edit: when food finally came she didn’t bring us syrup, I had to go get it myself. She also gave us plastic utensils and it was hard to cut the waffle. Also, she only gave us four creamers and walked away before we could ask for more. I stood up at the front for five minutes and she had her back turned the whole time. So I just drank my coffee with two creamers. Unacceptable.

Walked in a sit down for 15 minutes. No one acknowledged us. They kept looking at us but no one came to us. One group of people left leaving us and one other couple that’s it. Worst Waffle House I have ever been to and will not go back. I wish I could rate this place with at least 1 star but they don’t even deserve that. Sorry crew and atmosphere.

Friendly staff and fast service. Had some hiccups with my order, but it's not a big deal. The only suggestion is to lower the music volume. I have hearing aids and had to lower it, and it is still LOUD. Please take it into consideration. Thank you.

I ordered online before I left work since I’m less than five minutes away. I got there and was immediately greeted by staff. She had my order ready and was super sweet. I work in customer service so l can appreciate good service!

Store was dirty. Food was ok. Service was ok at best. She tried and I'll give her that. We had several items simply not get delivered before we left. My sausage egg and cheese didn't have a egg but the brought me one out later. It was slow and they weren't that busy when we ordered. Overall it wasn't great but it also wasn't the worse experience ever.
