I went there at 2:50 in the morning the night shift there’s a short lady working the window she is very unprofessional and disrespectful she need to be fired and I will be contacting corporate and I will tell other people about this

This is one of the very few places that's truly 24 hours. Just after midnight and all I wanted was a place to sit down, unravel, and eat. I went to 4 other places that all claim to be 24 hours but you get there and the doors are locked and they point you to a drive thru or a window. That doesn't cut it for me. This Waffle House welcomed me in with a smile and got right to work. Made everything fresh. Didn't rush me out.

The two gentlemen that were working at around 5-6 yesterday evening were absolutely adorable, kind, attentive with amazing hospitality. The bathrooms on these two men's shifts were immaculate! They also treated my little boy so sweetly with the best chocolate chip waffles! Whoever these gentlemen were give them a raise!!! 10/10!!

You have to track down employee, even when no one is in the building. When you find one the attuned is off the charts . Never be back .there worse than waffle house !

On the date of 11/26/24 @10:40pm I and my partner went into this waffle house to place a order to eat in the store as me and my partner was sitting waiting, the sever approach the table without saying anything to us she started to place the regular silverware on the table I then informed her that I wanted plastic silverware she then snatch the silverware off the table and started mumbling under her breath as she put back the silverware she then approached the table again and said “you will have to just wait for the plastic are you ready to order”after that she then just became rude I then called the manager/cook to the table the manager then waves her hand as me and told the other employee to “Go over there and take them (people) order cuz they want plastic” when the situation was never about the silverware it about the server being extremely rude to a paying customer we then leave !!! This is unacceptable THEY ARE Extremely rude and need to learn better customer service skills !!!

It's Waffle House. The food was good. The service was fast and efficient. Our server, Diamond, was personable and attentive. The Grill Master was skilled and speedy. All in all a good stop after a 10 hour drive.
