If I could give zero stars I would. Usually this location is popping! The energy and atmosphere is always cheerful and brightens my day. Unfortunately, that was not the case tonight. I noticed that BRPD were standing outside, I’m unsure why. But maybe there was an altercation before my arrival. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted, everyone had a pretty nasty look on their faces and nonchalant attitudes. It was 10 min before I was greeted by a server, and 15 before o got a drink. I even believe that my server was high due to slow speech, droopy eyes, and slow movement. I was very upset and disappointed. I hope the next time o visit it’s a better experience. Shoutout to Dymomd, the Grill Operater & Ms. Tiff, they made sure I was okay.

the guy that took care of us, i believe they called him Q (he had a red hat on), from the minute we walked in immediately took care of us. he was the only worker in there and he looked like he was cleaning the entire restaurant. asked us for our drink order - got it immediately. asked us for our food order and walks over to the grill and cooks all of it! amazing service and great initiative.

One of my normal stops when traveling but it seems its very short staffed now… service use to be real fast and great here we lost a hour of drive time here recently and the prices have increased…. I hate the orange juice here now! Also i notice some kinda crazy fee added (see menu) so when owners do stuff like this its time to find another stop

Hands down the best waffle house I've eaten at.
The place was clean and organized, and the staff was awesome!
After sitting down and ordering our food, one of the staff put music on the jukebox on the wall.
It was so much fun eating while the staff was singing along. They had a great energy, which made our experience even better.
The food was excellent! One of the better breakfasts I've ever had (including other restaurants and my own).
I highly recommend if you are in the area of this specific waffle house... that you stop in for a fun atmosphere, awesome staff and great food!
Kid-friendliness: Yup! Kid friendly indeed!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes... it is wheelchair accessible and plenty of good seats if you need them.

Swung by for dinner after a day out with friends and even though we arrived in groups, our servers were kind and waited for us to get ourselves situated. We got our food fairly quickly and it was perfect
Superwoman was the best, her area was clean compared to the other side of the restaurant, she was a pleasure to be served by great customer skills, left a note on the receipt. Just an all around nice and courteous person, she needs to be cloned.
