Baylee was exceptionally pleasing and very sweet the entire time we were there! Ask for her!

My server, Sammy was awesome! Super sweet and on top of everything!

This location really sucks. The inside is really hot and just feels sticky. Service was fine. My onions on my burger were under cooked, said no lettuce but got lettuce anyway and got a margarita that was just water and tequila.

Visiting home and this was my first time there, will definitely go back to this location

Anniston took really great care of me my entire time at the Burbank location! Great menu knowledge and even got me a Togo drink ready before I left? What a star.

Disappointing experience at Walk-On’s.
Our server, Sanaya, was extremely rude and inattentive. Our food came out with cold chicken, and we had to get our own straws from the bar because she never brought them. She barely spoke to us the entire time and made no effort to check on our table. Despite having only 5 adults, an 18% gratuity was automatically added—which felt completely undeserved. To top it off, when we tried to redeem our points, she rudely asked how we were paying. Overall, the service was frustrating and the food was below average. Won’t be coming back.

We will be spreading the word with this completely awful experience.

Extremely disappointed with our visit to Walk-On’s. Our salads came out with cold chicken and shrimp, and the fries were cold as well. When we addressed this with our server, Sanaya, she was disrespectful and completely unattentive the entire time. We had to flag down other staff members just to get basic service.

To make things worse, she refused to let us redeem our points, giving no clear explanation. And despite being a party of 5—which included 3 small children under the age of 3, one just 1 year old—they still automatically added an 18% gratuity. Absolutely uncalled for, considering the lack of service we received.

This experience was beyond frustrating. We won’t be returning.

Hands down best Walkons ever. Want to know why? We have Baylee G. She’s to bartending what’s Paul Skenes was to LSU Baseball. Seriously the reason why I visit the bar area dining like 3 times a week (no I’m not sad).

I have ordered from this Walk-On's on multiple occasions and have liked their food. But I was disappointed on a couple of occasions. I ordered 2 skillet cookies in December of last year and they were burnt. I showed the waitress and she saw that they weren't edible to eat. I was suppose to get my refund but never received it. Today on October 13,2024, I ordered 2 Bowls of gumbo and half of a shrimp po-boy with fries. The bowls were cups! They cost $11.99 a piece and they weren't that great! Plus the po-boy barely had shrimp. I'm very disappointed. I don't like wasting my money on food. There is no excuse! I went to talk to the waitress and she was very clueless, I was trying to avoid speaking to a manager because I wanted to be nice but I should have. I added photos to show how small the containers were! I know they have to have a bigger bowls for catering!

This is the place to watch football. Dozens of TV's with all the games on. Super friendly staff and the food is good...not great...but definitely good. Oh, and try the Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding and thank me later. ?

Ordered 12oz medium well ribeye steak with grits, gumbo, and side ceasar salad via door dash. It was a $60 order. They gave my dasher a fried shrimp appetizer. Since it was the wrong order they had to remake my original order. When they remade it I guess they were rushing because my steak is very undercooked. To confuse a $60 order with an appetizer is unacceptable. Then to undercook the meal after getting it wrong the first time is even worse. I will never order from here again, and it sucks because I was a regular who bought big ticker menu items.

Turkey burger was the best but loaded potato and frys were too salty... Staff was accommodating friendly and efficient... I would recommend.☆☆☆☆
