Ordered baconator fries with the cheese sauce on the side. According to the app and the menu the fries should have cheese sauce and real cheese but there was no real cheese on them. They also forgot our chicken sandwich and gave us no receipt. The food that was received was pretty good, but does not outweigh the disappointment felt from them messing up the order and lying on the menu. Oh and except for the nuggets. The nuggets are eh.

Ordered through drive thru today. Long wait which can be understandable but when I get to the menu was told rudely to wait immediately. Ordered 2 drinks, one medium strawberry sprite and a large pineapple mango lemonade. Watched one worker dump a bag where they keep the ice. Another worker took payment and began to hand me my drinks. When inquired regarding the strawberry sprite, the female stated it was mixed with regular sprite by the guy. She didn't say why. When asked about ice she proceeded to tell me they were out of ice. I told her I just saw them dump a bag in and she repeated were out of ice. Took one sip of the sprite and it was almost just carbon no syrup. With the blatant brush off regarding the ice and the heat I just dumped the sprite at the light and gave up. I should have been informed of the ice situation before my drink was handed to me. Changing my order without informing me was rude and also weird. I'd go to the gas station across the street before visiting this location again
The 2 ladies that greeted me at the drive through had smiles on their face that made me feel very welcome. I will come back to this store for it's great service and good food.

I went here for lunch and my card would not work. The girl behind the counter, without hesitation, used her own debit card and paid for my lunch. Told me to pay it forward. I got choked up because people generally aren't nice like that and she was just so cool about it. Thanks. You know who are. May God bless you.

As per the commericals on TV, they are supposed to have the best fresh French fries???? Our fries were cold and dead. There was nothing hot and crispy about those horrible fries!
I understand that shift changes happen but it should not be in such a way that it takes 30 to 40 minutes to get an order.

They ignore people trying to order in the drive through.
Wendy's is consistently good, we always enjoy our meals here and the 5 dollar biggie bags are a solid deal.
