Horrible service. I ordered on the app to make it easier. Got to the speaker, they stated they could not take my order. When I let them know it was an online order they proceed to tell me they don’t have half of my order. Then I had to pull up although there was no one behind me due to them Not taking orders….them had to wait over 15 minutes to get my food. And I am THE ONLY CAR HERE. After the wait fries were COLD. I DID NOT BOTHER TO ASK FOR HIT SEEMING AS THE WORKERS HAD NAST ATTITUDES.

Every time I come to this location. It’s always an issue with the card machine being down. We only taking exact cash what are they stealing cause I’ve came here at least four days and I’ve heard the same thing.

36 minute wait!! walked in at 11 and was the first to order (after a couple minutes of just standing at the register) .the staff was polite, but they never told me there was a long wait for spicy nuggets (daughters request) I would’ve just gotten regular..I watched them prioritize other customers while I waited. I left at 11:38 with 9 spicy nuggets, 2 chicken sandwiches with the lettuce on top on the bun, and cold fries.

My family ate there 2 days ago, and ended getting sick. They've been having stomach issues and throwing up since they ate there. They were perfectly fine before they ate there. That means yall are either selling expired products to customers or yall not properly cleaning yalls stuff. Either way yall need to get it together. This is ridiculous.

Takes a bit longer to get food but there nice unfortunately evrey time I do go there is a long wait and they usually forget part of my order so I eather have to go back or just accept my fate because I never get a recipient eathet but if you need a cheap meal I'd go here but leave time to sit and wait

I visited store 6:00am Aug 19th. The manager was very disrespectful and rude. Lunch sign was still visible she lied about store being closed !! I come every morning and never have a problem ! I came 1 hr later ! Same chick her name is Danielle on receipt. She took my order but still had an nasty attitude
