Ive went two locations, one on College Dr and the other on Essen Ln. What a difference maturity makes! The College Dr has friender staff. On my Wednesday visit to the one on Essen Ln, the young person was rude and uninformed as to what was on the meal! When i got to the window she was checking her phone and rolling her eyes! My order was completed by a mature lady!

They play too much over at this location. I ordered 5 biggie bags, the guy said “ we’re not serving biggie bags only burger’s and meal deals.” They just didn’t want to make them, so i went way to Airlines location and they handled my order fine!

I ordered two jr bacon cheeseburger 4 for 5 meals with no mayo.I got a dbl stack meal with mayo when that burger doesn't even come with mayo on it. The other jr bacon cheeseburger was a chicken sandwich with mayo so both meals could not have been more wrong. I had already drove back without checking the orders. So was stuck with completely wrong meals both with mayo which is the one thing I didn't want on either.

They only had 2 baked potatoes and then they let me drive off without my frostys. This is why I don't drive out of my way to go to wendys since the Florida location closed down. They didn't put any sour cream or butter in the bag. I use my own anyway. I dont care for the reduced fat acidified sour cream. It is only about a tbsp of sourcream anyway & the potato is so dry after adding it. The college drive location is always out of salads & baked potatoes too
