Came here on 03/28 9:30pm nobody was taking orders only one car was in the drive thru pulled up so we went to the window, some older man with a red shirt on and another older man with a grey beard was in there yapping they mouth , looked at us at the window several times and never came greeted us, after blowing the horn dude with the red shirt came and said “what the order is boss” we stated that nobody came to the speaker we didn’t order yet and he closed the window and walked away😂 3 mins had passed he never came back so we pulled off they look too dirty anyways to be fixing our food … do better if i could give it 0 stars i would !

I wanted 10 minutes in the drive thru and no one ever came to the speaker, so I pulled up and placed my order. They didn't have change, so the guy asked his coworker and the guy didn't gave me a receipt while also keeping change which was $4. once they parked me it took an additional 10 minutes to get my food. Got my food but the guy forgot my drinks so I waited 5 more minutes. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I also told all my followers and friends what happened to me at the Wendy's!!

Food is always wrong. Gave up ordering here anymore. On top of that everything either smells like dirty mop water or something rotten. My last order that was wrong the employee was on the phone with what sounded like a personal conversation about their visit to the mall.

This is honestly the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever went to my food was freezing food,was made wrong.Missed two of my nuggets i ordered.They aren’t even close yet and said the only thing they can give out is water like come on.My fries definitely weren't cooked.It was so horrible.

I went to the drive thru this morning just before 11 am. I wanted to order a burger combo and asked the lady through the speaker what was the difference between their “Baconatter”
versus the “Son of a Baconatter” (who knows that? “One little patty one big patty…” whatever the heck it was…) Her response was barely discernible. Then, I made the mistake of asking if it came with cheese. (My bad, apparently!) She, again, answered me in a very rude and exasperated tone “Yes.” (So sorry that I interrupted your day!) I was stunned and said, “You know what? Never mind. Thank you!” and I drove away. I will NEVER attempt to order food from this location again!

I was turned away again(now multiple times) from placing an order because the system was updating. Does anyone have control on when this happens and why doesn't it happen during non-operational hours? And I wasn't told how long the update would take. Just not accepting orders. Very disappointed again.
