5 stars for the manager, but I drove off without checking my bag and I didnt get my burger. I spent 22 bucks :(

So far have tried to go to this location twice since it is convenient to where I live but it has been anything but that. First time it was out of, I would say 50-60% of menu items. Second attempt the card machine was down and they were “limited on change so exact cash only.”

I’m not sure the ladies name, but the lady who worked the store by herself on 10/9/25 around 2:45pm needs a raise! She ran that store by herself like a beast. I didn’t seen nobody else around until someone showed up around 3. She was super nice and super quick at getting everyone’s orders out FAST. And the order was accurate and food was great! Thank you ma’am. You made my day today.

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in years but decided to go tonight big mistake first the fries were cold hard and tasteless the burger was terrible and they tried to tell me they didn’t make strawberry shakes until I said there is a picture of it on your menu board. What a let down used to be the best burgers now you can’t even tell the patties are square there smaller than the bun. Don’t waste your time I won’t

I ordered chili cheese fries and spicy nuggets through the Wendy’s app. I got cheese fries (no chili) and regular, non-spicy nuggets, and this is the second time it’s happened. It’s like the employees aren’t even reading the order screens, just skimming it and hoping for the best. The food would be great if it was actually what I ordered.

We said we wanted everything hot when we ordered ,when we checked our food it was not hot,that includes the double stack and the fries and what my husband ordered also,so we drove to the window and the lady told us to pull in a parking spot and they'll redo the food,and it was hot when they brought it to us,but I had ordered spicy nuggets on my order and they gave me regular nuggets but they were hot so I didn't complain .I feel if you say you want everything hot when you order please make sure everything is hot and not lukewarm. Fast food ain't cheap and sometimes you may be far from home and need something to eat until you make it to your destination .

So unacceptable I waited 30min from the time I order tell the time I got my food poor managing and poor all around. Oh by the way thanks for not giving my exact change back. And on top of that your manger laughs thinking it's funny to make you wait 30 min. Bullshit this place need to employees and managers
If i could give negative stars I would. They never come to the intercom after 10pm even though they close late. IF AND WHEN they do, be prepared to sit for a long time! Do NOT recommend.

5-24-2025,at about 10:47am, went to drive thru, no one is answering the intercom, to take my order, the menu that was up for breakfast, Saturday, staff just lazy and don't wanna work, just to sit on the clock, they should be fired , and they have almost every car pull up further than the pickup window, to bring out the order.

Worse experience ever at a Wendy's. Ordered ahead, then when arrived took an additional 20 minutes, and I was only one in line. Then order was wrong twice! Then food was bland with no taste at all. Expected better from Wendy's

Miss mary in the drive through was freaking awesome, very, very nice, polite, made sure that she listened to exactly the way that I wanted my hamburger and I got it exactly the way that I ordered it. When I asked her some extra ketchup, she said there was already some in the bag, but she gave me a few extras super sweet, super great super fast
