Every time I order from this Wendy’s location, the meal is bad and cold, and the service is poor as well.

Horrible service! Mean lady in the window, and one of the workers on break is demanding food from the drive thru window. Got my order wrong, charged me for a frosty and gave me a sprite without changing the price. Forgot my son's nuggets. Nothing was fresh

im here now ordered and your so called night manager is talking to the employees all side ways talking about wrighting one up as load as she can she has no respect for anyone in here not even the customers last time i new if you have something to say to a employee you take them to the office and talk to them you don’t do it in the store she needs to be thought better management skills …… and the soda machine is pooring out water all over the place

Two weeks ago the restrooms were closed. On this trip the AC was leaking in the middle of the lobby. Ceiling tiles (8-12) on the floor, water dripping w / no buckets under the leak and mold in the bathroom on the wall. That poor manager and staff was so stressed by the state of the place. I felt bad for them

Lazy slow workers at this location cheating the system. They keep you at the ordering menu forever, then when you pull up they have you back up behind the yellow pole and pull forward again to reset the timer to look like you haven't been sitting at the window.

waited 5 minutes at the drive thru to place an order, nobody in line, no one ever came to microphone, so i drove to the window, no cars were inline, lady in window freaked out, saying I need to go back around..so i drive back around..still no one comes to the mic to take my order…

The lady here on June 3 at 9.08 pm is very rude and she locked her doors at 8:30 with at least 4 employees with a very bad attitude because we chose to eat out and she had to work that is very unprofessional to tell customers you are only taking online orders and it’s only 8:30 and snapping on the because they are placing orders something really had to be done about the integrity of this restaurant all while on the phone in drive thru

Went there today. The lady with the glasses on the drive through has the most unpleasant personality. She was annoyed to be there, annoyed to add an extra frosty, annoyed to open the window, annoyed to take my money. Just stay home if you can’t get it together.

Let me tell you , this is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. I drove 1.5 miles down the road to order drive thru I asked for 2 biggie bags an Cinnabon Pull-A-Part and a sweet tea, I DROVE 1.5 miles down the road … literally about 5-6 mins. Fries? COLD Burger? COLD Cinnabon? COLD STALE HARD AS A ROCK ! And my sweet tea tasted like dirt. Disgusting and distasteful save your money and go where they actually wrong mind putting a little effort into their jobs cause what I received today was GARBAGE!

Asked for 10 pc honey bbq nuggets. They give me not only spicy bbq, but 6 NUGGETS. 6 is a lot less than 10. My fat self wanted all 10 so this ruined my night. Oh and not to mention I only got one ranch dip.

Dude. I do not like Wendy's. The drink machine is kept stocked with ample syrups by a 4 year old dog, the wait time is crazier than a doctors office waiting room and the last time I got a burger there, it shanked me. Couldn't necessarily recommend in good conscience. Unless you like Wendy's. Then it's fine. Just rating well because I feel bad for the employees. Working fast food is rough.
