Asked for 10 pc honey bbq nuggets. They give me not only spicy bbq, but 6 NUGGETS. 6 is a lot less than 10. My fat self wanted all 10 so this ruined my night. Oh and not to mention I only got one ranch dip.

Dude. I do not like Wendy's. The drink machine is kept stocked with ample syrups by a 4 year old dog, the wait time is crazier than a doctors office waiting room and the last time I got a burger there, it shanked me. Couldn't necessarily recommend in good conscience. Unless you like Wendy's. Then it's fine. Just rating well because I feel bad for the employees. Working fast food is rough.

Went to the drive thru and ordered a baconator combo with a pink lemonade, and my boyfriend got a spicy sandwich with a dr pepper. We get to the window, and the lady goes, "coke?" and handed him a coke. He was confused. She then handed him a dr. pepper. He tried to tell the lady that we ordered a pink lemonade, not a coke, and she didn't care and was like, "You ordered a coke and a dr. pepper, " my boyfriend was already annoyed and didn't bother fighting with the lady. I can't drink coke. I'm a diabetic. I never have a good experience at this location, and I hope they shut down. Staff is rude for no reason. If you don't like your job, just quit it's that simple. There is no reason to take it out on customers. This place is the closest to my work but next time I will just go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or energy on this place.

Employee working late night @10:30PM on 11/23/2024 was very embarrassing and made us feel uncomfortable. I probably won't recommend going back to anyone. When we pulled to the drive thru the small menu board was not lit and proceeded to the order menu with the telecom. I very briefly paused at the menu board noticing it was not lit and gave the impression the restaurant was closed. So I drove ahead to the second window because the first did not look occupied. The employee who who addressed us quickly and angrily said you didn't give me time to take your order. I replied that the boards are not lit so I drove forward to see if you are closed. The employee said I am not supposed take orders through this window but I will let you order this time but not again. I thanked her for making the exception.
Kid-friendliness: Employee working @10:30PM was embarrassing and makes you uncomfortable. Avoid if you have children in the car.

If I could give no stars I would! I went through drive thru barely greeted. Place my order, got a 10 piece and a small frosty. Received my food, can immediately tell the nuggets were refried. Then I go to eat my frosty, take my first bite and I look down and hair is all in it. WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!!!

This place just opens & closes whenever they feel like it. They should just stay closed because the food sucks! The fries taste like old grease. And they have ZERO people skills!
Unfortunately the chicken sandwich was not edible. Both sandwiches were extremely tough (maybe old) I don’t know. Will try a different location.

Rude, smells horrible the manager is the one without the hat my food was cold meat was old we waited in the drive through for 15 min, they didn’t offer to replace meal they forgot to bring back my debit card to the window after they checked me out I had come way back to get my card. Poor poor services.
