TLDR: didn't receive any food and was refused refund.

I was forced to use a self checkout kiosk. After paying, the employee says they don't have the ingredients for my order and that I would have to dispute the charge with my credit card if I wanted my money back. Wendy's online was useless for customer support, and the phone number for the resturant is out of order. So now I've had to dispute the charge with my bank. Worst customer service ever.

Came here for lunch to try the new saucy nuggs, after placing my order and waiting 10 minutes they informed me that they didn’t have the flavor I selected. Workers were not friendly. The manager was speaking to the employees very rough about following the rules, which is very unprofessional to do in front of a customer. I will drive further to another location for better service

The workers here suck. I hate to leave a review, but I hope this place gets shut down. The wait time is too long for simple orders. The only thing nastier then their messed up food is the workers attitude. People are always fighting outside the Wendy’s. The workers don’t know how to talk to their customers. 9/10 your order will be wrong. Don’t even bother unless you got 30 minutes to spare and okay with wasting your money.

went on sunday last week, there was probably 8-12 customers inside with 5 or 6 employees working the front/kitchen. the doors were locked, someone unlocked it and let us in and a cashier started screaming at us telling us to get out cause they’re overwhelmed. we were pushed out and doors were locked again, we just wanted drinks. after waiting 15-20 minutes we were let in and after ordering lemonade and a frosty at the kiosk the same girl screamed through the whole place again saying ‘who just ordered on the kiosk, you’re not allowed, we don’t have chocolate only vanilla frosty’. there was no sign we can’t use the kiosk and only chocolate and orange options for frosty. we only went there cause line at the cashiers had not moved since we first got there. while getting the drinks we saw workers joking around and not working. i guess that’s why they’re overwhelmed and kicking people out

This is the worst Wendy’s ever. It was not like this years ago. The attitude of the workers is awful. The service is slow. There’s two drink machines but they only utilize one, and it never has drinks in it the majority of the time. There needs to be an entire new managerial staff and workers, because this is ridiculous. It was not like this when I was on campus.

Website says closes at 10. Went in at around 9:10 for two frostys. Ordered at kiosk and after waiting for 10 minutes a worker graciously told us they turned off the frosty machine and gave us drink cups instead. If you’re wondering yes they are completely different prices and frostys are more expensive. If you want a place with good service that has everything running, run far from here.

The workers have the most nasty attitude in the world for no reason I paid at the kiosk for my food i went to the register I stood there for 10 minutes until someone acknowledge me . And when someone finally did they say I haven’t paid and I said I did and I showed my bank transaction the workers says”the kiosk been ain’t acting up all day he gotta be lying” so i ask for my food they said no because you didn’t pay I am a broke college student that was my last dollars till my family send me some money

Ordered a Double Big Bacon classic combo for delivery thru uber eats. The side was suppose to be a sour cream and chives baked potato with cheese sauce n butter with strawberry lemonade as well as a large chocolate frosty. The burger and drink were correct. But instead of a baked potato I cold fries and instead of chocolate frosty I got a tasteless vanilla one. Never ordering from this location again. A phone call saying they didn't have these items would have saficied if that was the case.

Stood at the counter for several minutes before a staff member appeared from the back. I normally would not leave this review but this has happened on multiple visits now.I would not give this store repeat business except for the convenience of location
