In drive thru, it took about 7min too order then the cashier yelled at me!! Saying he hears me and he is coming!!! I get to the drive-thru windows and ask, "Are you having a bad day ?": well then he smiles ans says no, I say the cars behind me could hear you yelling at me , he drops his head and says," Have a nice day. Hell you have made me unpleasant now

They were out of coke so they gave me a random drink that sucked without telling me they were out of coke. By the time i argued with the manager that would not even give me her name. They were verey rude and i qill be calling corp to complain

Waited 10 min at the drive thru with not so much as a hello or please hold. 4 other cars lined up behind me. I called the store bc I figured maybe their camera was broken or whatever. Girl answered the phone, was rude. And then hung up on me.
Food is good place is alittle dirty. But food is still good. Not enough help.

I waited over 45 minutes to order and receive my food just for it to be wrong when I got home. The line was extra long and people eventually left due to the long wait overall 0/10 wouldn’t recommend wasting your money there.

Customer service is pathetic, takes 10 mins to serve each car. They ask you to “pull up” every time even if no cars behind you so their numbers look good to corporate I guess?? Hey dumbasses they track times for a reason, if you’re that slow THERES A PROBLEM fix it
