Every time I come to this Wendy’s, not only is the service terrible, but so are the wait times and food. The food is always dry, incorrect, or cold. You wait a long time for unsatisfactory food and service. It needs to be shut down or put under new management.

I hate to talk about my people but this group of individuals they call employees especially the night employees literally suck, attitudes are bad and the food is bad. Always claim to be out of something like how don’t yall have any mustard? 😂 that’s like the number 2 condiment for a burger. Get new staff please.

Stood in drive-thru for 14 minutes. Gentleman came out & told me the young lady was coming. States it was just them 2, everyone else was slow to show up. I left bc she never came to take my order.

Nuggets and a chocolate Frosty is the best for me at this place
Came into the restaurant at 8:45 pm and was refused service. The manager on duty that refused to identify herself told me they didn't have enough staff to take my order and that I needed to go through the drive through. I told her I was on a bicycle. She told me that that was my problem.
Rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Thanks for leaving me hungry, Wendy's.

Don't even bother going there!! The people are rude, and it may seem petty, but they don't have ketchup. So you wait in line for lousy customer service can you get a lousy product. Definitely not worth the wait
Mr Josh manager so people person worried about his guess leaving happy and what they want he was very polite helpful and thoughtful had my food hot and fresh it’s very clean and he has a good team working hard thank y’all for great service I work up from y’all will be stopping again keep up the amazing work

7-15-25 at approximately 2:15 P.M., I got in line and there was about an 8 minute wait for each car ahead of me to be serviced. There were 5 cars in front of me...and I only ordered a small Frosty. 😂
I'm not sure if the folks ahead of me just had large orders or what, but the food was not coming out in a timely manner at all.
Some folks behind me started honking their horns. 😂

I did a online order for pickup and when I got there it was not ready and I had to wait for them to cook a potato and I was not informed of that and that caused me to go over my 30 minute lunch break. Service was very horrible and no communication was made on their behalf.

Didn't get everything we ordered but we didn't pay for it either. What we did get wasn't made like we ordered it. No straw with a drink. You know, the usual crap.
