Long line outside due to lunch. Went inside. Employees unorganized in service: placed out 2 orders to others ahead of first customer, floor was VERY wet(who mops at noon hour??)made for cautious walking, there was a dispute between 2 employees, & 1 employee would ask what you wanted but work register.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on both sides of building.

I waited in the drive-thru for more than 40 minutes for a mobile order. When I finally made it to the window to get my food, they said they were completely out of drinks but at least they gave me a bottle of water.

This used to be an efficient quick lunch stop with friendly staff. Now it is a dumpster fire ran by Noone in particular it seems. The food is not quick or efficient the staff is rude and the last 3 times my order has been incorrect and taken an excess of my lunch period just to get the wrong thing and not have time to get it corrected. Do not recommend at all.

Everytime I go to Wendy’s on Essen Ln for Breakfast, it’s horrible and sad ..No one ever respond, so u can’t get an order… You see workers as you drive by the window but they do not acknowledge your presence at the drive -thruThey never answer while you are at the intercomThey need new managementI will never go back there again

Received everything I ordered except the Frosty. Watched a worker make the Frosty then get on their cell phone and walk away without giving it to me. Waited honked and waited more than 5 minutes before they came back to the window. After waiting that long my food was cold.

They took at least 10 minutes to take order on drive through, I was the only car.... Reason I waited because I had my kids and they wanted to eat there... Don't expect quality food, so that's a given.... Worst part.... No gift on kids meal.... At least I was able to talk to them about no healthy food and no toy, means bad service.... So they just lost 2 future clients....
