With the exception of the college drive location, this has to be the most interesting Wendy’s I’ve been to. Nothing is wrong with the food (when the cookies aren’t burnt anyways) but at no point can you visit this location and there’s NOT a plethora of items unavailable to order 😂😂 it doesn’t matter if I go today or three months from now, the probability of me having a group order executed without any edits due to product availability is extremely low. I don’t know who their ordering manager is but they’re clearly collecting a free check 😂😂 seriously. If it makes them feel any better.. college drive is still the worst location I’ve been to. If Wendys EVER needs to unload… please start there

Customer service is the worst. I would drive across town to the other Wendys just so I dont have to go to this one, because the service is just terrible. Employees are incredibly rude.

Honestly just drive to the one on college it’s not much farther. They take a long time to answer the drive through and then answer with an attitude. I ended up leaving instead of finishing my order

Worst Wendy’s location! Management is HORRIBLE AND VERY RUDE. They take 10 minutes to come to the speaker and when you say hello they scold you with a nasty tone. Manager with red hair needs to be fired with the attitude she has not surprise she work where she does. LSU location needs better employees that go with the nice area. Please get rid of employees! Multiple bad reviews about this particular location …

Ordered a son of a baconator was given something i didnt ask for about a week and a half ago. The refused to give me a refund because the “manager was out of town,” and wasnt letting anyone issue a refund. I never went back because i also waited about 45 mins on the food. Dont recommend this location go to sherwood. Poorly ran establishment
There is no reason it takes 15 minutes for someone to answer the drive thru mic. They seriously need to hire better people with better customer service at this location.

I visited this place June 22,2025. At 7:00am I placed a mobile order I set at the speaker for 10mins when the girl finally answered she told me her store was still closed and that it doesn’t open until 8:00 am I asked could I get a refund she never answered. When I pulled up she was walking outside so I pulled by the door and asked again she continue to argue on the phone and tell me she’s not opening her store until 8. The stores opens at 7 on sundays I come here all the time I never seen this skinny black girl ! She should not be a an employee yet along a manager. She’s black skinny with long hair with Very nasty attitude please don’t eat here !!!!!! Don’t eat here
