Nobody ever answers the drive up speaker so I always just drive around then I noticed nobody was in drive up line nor in the store. Mgr. AA woman, bright skin with red hair finally came to window once she noticed I was recording her actions & ignoring me. I only wanted a med. Frosty 🥶 she replies her machine down in a totally different voice than she used as she yelled at co workers. After that I wouldn't trust any food she made . Management needs a hiring event fast fiing HER! Why would she be so comfortable yelling loud at her co workers about doing everything on her own. Managers are supposed to take lead BUT NO ONE WAS IN LINE BOTH DRIVE UP & IN STORE so honestly I witnessed harassment on the job. Human Resources Needs To Be Mindful of Her Behavior before someone sue the company or worse. Video uploaded

Very rude counter female named Lashawn. I said hello and she gave me a dirty look. The manager cook was told about food was real cold and she stated lettuce,cheese, and ranch was cold in a very ride tone like i was stupid..but chicken was just as cold after politely asking to warm it. Also asked about a frosty and rudely said it's on the sign Honestly need to shut this place down never coming back

This place was incredibly rude. The place stunk my food was cold and I had to wait 30 minutes for food when I tried to call. They didn’t even pick up the phone. People are lacking nowadays
The management here is so unprofessional and rude.There is always something with this Wendy’s. They always want to close early and give the same lame excuse that’s old and worn out. Do better.

I have to agree with the other negative reviews. I live nearby and have tried to patronize this location but it is absolutely a disgrace to always have to pull around and wait 10-15 minutes for food each time. Won't return again.

If they ask you to pull around in the drive thru so they can carry it out to you. DON'T. I've been sitting here for over 10 minutes and finally a nice young man came out and asked me what I ordered. Hopefully he will be coming back with the food I paid for soon
