I wish I could give zero stars…probably the worst run Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and that’s saying something. One time I came and they refused to take my order even when I rolled up to the window, the lady looked at me and locked it. And every time other than that they are rude and the smell of weed is crazy when they choose to actually open the window and talk to me. My advice is get a whole new staff and start over.

Worst Wendy’s on the planet! Went on a Saturday at 1145 am, I Sat at the drive thru speaker for 8 minutes before driving to the window to make sure they were open. Manager was kind and apologized for the wait. She took my order, I had just a biggie bag w a jr bacon cheeseburger. Re-heated Fries and nuggets had to be from the night before they were old and saturated in nasty cooking oil. Burger was cold, the strip of bacon was as hard as a brick. The drink tasted strange as well. Wendy’s corporate office needs to close this location ASAP. Never again will I ever waste my time!

I waited in line for almost 30 minutes trying to order. So, I got out of line and ordered online and got back in line and had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes… I got a milkshake and chili cheese fries but they were out of chili so they gave me the bacon fries. I’ll be honest the only good outcome of this is the fries but the milkshake wasn’t even a milkshake. It was BUBBLES

tried to drive up yesterday in the morning for breakfast, a person by the entrance screamed foul words at us while we were still in the car so we left. came back a few hours later to go to the drive thru and they said they can’t serve us so we drove past and all the employees were outside drinking and smoking. can we even get food ever or not? i can’t even review the food cause i can’t even get to it

“Our system is down” is all I’ve ever hear when visiting. I’ve been many times (5+) and I’ve been able to order one time. If I hadn’t received food that one time then I wouldn’t believe anyone telling me they served food at all. I can’t understand how this Wendy’s operates without serving food most of the time.Parking: No one is here because they don’t serve food.

Staffs spend time arguing among themselves. Staffs were misplacing orders. They were blaming customers constantly who were waiting for their food. I waited in the line for like 15 minutes but nobody came to take the order. So, I just left without ordering. Stay away!
