Very disappointed with the way my food was thrown together only to find out the milkshake machine was broken and no one had any answers as to why for it to be Friday night at only 7:30-8pm the place was not clean and food was rushed my burger was dry and that's not normal for this place. Kids were everywhere.....employees that was and NO ONE had customer service at hand ....very DISAPPOINTED

What a total disaster! 😤 I gave a simple order and the window attendant didn't even give me my BBQ chicken tender sandwich. 🍗 Very disappointed. 😞 They didn't seem to care when I called about it either. 😡 #BadService #NotRecommended #

Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes all to find out they had my food cooked just didn’t feel like bringing it out. Got it cold too. From the looks of the line I wasn’t the only one they were making wait. Don’t let the new look deceive you.
Fries was cold in soggy burger was nasty because the meat was old. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Ordered online to be picked up curbside at 3:56pm. Order was not ready until 4:30pm. I had to walk in to notify employees about my order after waiting in the curbside space for about 30mins. Burger was terrible the buns were so mushy and it was not edible. The whole burger was just 1 pile of mush. Fries were ok. The app tries to copy Chic-fil-A’s system but doesn’t come close due to service(it’s the chic-fil-a service we have at home). Employees gave a brownie for free as an apology. Pro: restaurant was clean

Terrible. Line out the door. Workers dancing in the drive thru. Took an hour for a spicy chicken sandwich meal, and they got the order wrong. Writing reviews is stupid , but this was kind of absurd.
