I'm extremely dissatisfied with my initial visit here. The 2 hot dogs I purchased were served with chillie that had an unappetizing appearance, similar to diarrhea, and a wet bun.

Store on highland rd in Baton Rouge la Cashier was very rude and argued with me cause I explained that the price wasn’t right. My original order was 3 banana splits at $6.99 each and a chili cheese hot dog at $2.79 I was charged $38 when the price should have been around $26.20 maybe a few cents more. I then took off one Sundae and the price dropped down to $23 and some change which still not right. The new price should have been around $18.50 She was not professional and argued and cursed even when I showed her the actual calculations on the calculator. I’ve been going here for a while now NEVER looked in the window but for some reason I just peeped & seen that they were not using gloves. I’m very particular about sanitation & clean hands when it comes to my food. When I mentioned it to the cashier at the window I asked for a refund because of my food being touched with bare hands & her response was “we don’t use gloves” “we never do” but they didn’t have a problem with refunding me, thank you for that. but they that just took it over the top for me. The food is good but it’s too much going around for anyone not to be using gloves around food.

Tasha & Quincy were so amazing. I came and ordered for my huge family. They explained the company's policies and procedures and let me know how long everything would take. It was not long at all. They were very professional and welcoming and nice! I will definitely be coming back just based off of their hospitality!
