This was one of the best meals we have had in Baton Rouge! Amazing food - great portion size and price! We had the crawfish - redfish- salmon- the saintstation, fried green tomatoes and then finished the night with the cheesecake and donuts. Sarah guided us through our entire meal - she was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and we were pleasantly surprised with all of her recommendations! Sarah made our family meal extra special! We will be back!

Did a curbside order tonight & they forgot to give me my card back. They did call me an hour later to tell me they had my card but someone had already swiped my card over 3 different times for $250 worth of food that I did not order ? now I can’t trust this business going forward.

I visit this establishment on yesterday 4/16/24 around 4-4:30. I witnessed the absolute unbelievable thing that could possibly happen in a food establishment. I’m sitting there and an employee comes in with this medium/large dog. The employees all run to her to pet and play with the dog. Once about 6-7 employees finished playing with the animal, they all go back to doing their regular routine. Not one employee washed their hands!!! To make matters worse, the dog was resting against some of the employees chest. I called and made a formal complaint to the management Hannah, but I didn’t feel like it was a big deal to her. It was almost like I was making a deal out of nothing. Never once asked me my name to address me with a formal apology. Mind you, I visit this establishment at least two or three times a week. Everyone is not dog lovers and if they are, it’s their own.

We've never had a bad meal here. If you don't like spicy, you may want to check with your server to see about not as much spice. Their homemade chips are the best and compliment the crab queso. It was all good. Service was outstanding.

Party of 2. We were told there was an hour wait. No problem. We sat in the lobby area and waited. We saw other people come in with larger parties and sat before us. No problem. Even a table that was told an hour and a half wait, was sat before us. Again, no problem. I’ve been working in the service industry for 25 years. I know how it all works. After 55 minutes, we watch another group get sat that arrive 45 minutes after we did. My friend told the hostesses that we saw them seat that party before us and they both giggled. All of a sudden, the hostess said our table was ready (imagine that). On the way to the table, my friend continued to tell the hostess that he didnt appreciate what they did. She started crying. The next thing I know, the other giggly hostess said she didnt have to serve us and she was calling the cops!!! I asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the manager! Then, another girl walked up with a phone in her hand and said she was the manager and the cops were on the way! They said that my friend was rude and we had to leave now. As I was walking out the “hostess manager” told me that I could stay but my friend had to go. Why would I stay and eat by myself when I was just totally embarrassed in front of the whole dining room?!? I get that yall have to deal with alot of Riff Raff but we are not those people! I’m a long time customer, since the Industrialplex days, that will never be back again!

Went with a party of nine called 2 hours earlier too try to make a reservation the short tempered sarcasm lady who answered immediately let me know to go online and make a reservation I in turn immediately went online and quickly found out u cannot make a same day reservation I called back to ask what the options were and was told to simply come on in upon arriving we got a table in 20 minutes except that the table was for 6 regular size humans they wanted nine people to sit ontop of one another when I politely asked them to add a table that was vacant I was told no and my new wait if I wanted to try for a larger table would be 1.5 hours I asked for a manager and I still received no explanation on why they had three empty tables next to us we decided to eat elsewhere!!! Thanks and if the owner would like to chat please reach out thanks bc I don’t think they would appreciate this going ( let’s hope not ) ,

Don't worry we went up the road and made sure to leave a good healthy tip at buffalo wild wings. Don't worry they will reply knowing they took the reservation over the phone but that's ok. Very unprofessional staff. We waited over 2 hours for our reservation of a party of 25. For 2 hours of being told our table is being cleaned and prepared. At the end they stated our table will be ready in a few minutes, after a few minutes, they bring in a party of 8 and sat them down. We will never step foot back in this establishment and will never recommend Willie’s to anyone.

Called ahead to reserve a table for a party of 20 (we know it’s a big group that’s why we call ahead) - It was estimated. 1hr - 1.5hr wait time. No problem.We arrived an hour after calling, only to be told it would be a 2 hour wait time. WHICH. WE. WAITED. Only to then be told it would be “20ish minutes” approximately 3 times.While waiting this obscene amount of time, we watched multiple parties of 8, and even 10 people walk in with no prior reservation and be seated immediately.We wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt because the food is supposed to be good, but I literally cannot express enough how ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE their customer service is. Not only will literally anyone in my party ever be trying to eat at Willie’s again, but I will happily make sure to tell every single person I know in which “places to eat” comes up that they shouldn’t either.We drove 3 miles up the street to another restaurant and were seated in less than 15 minutes with no prior notification.When I say this was the worst, most unprofessional dining experience that I’ve ever had, I wholeheartedly mean that. Went to willies last night , reserved a table for a big group of people was told we would have a 2 hr wait time . After a long 2 hr wait and seeing plenty of open tables cleaned and ready they started seating people that had just walked in the door and by passed our group that was sitting their waiting . I will not be returning .
