One of the worst wingstops you can go to 100%. Ive been to wingstops in different states that were mindblowing to me because this is the one i usually go to. I seen a kid in the kitchen once im not saying kid like 16 years old im talking a TODDLER. Just staying there. food is rarely hot. you will 100% wait at LEAST 30 minutes. you might as well place a pickup and when it says wait “15-20 minutes” just wait an hour. If i order from them on doordash i have at least 3 drivers accept tge order, get to the store wait a long time to cancel the order. And then someone else accepts the order etc.. There food is so good. but from here its just not worth the wait. do i still wait. of course. Oh My food is usually wrong as well ill get a 8 piece all flats combo with extra ranch and an order of fried corn... everytime. ive had so many times where i didnt get fries.. doordash is losing so much money from this ONE store.

They don't know how to organize your food and pack it right during pick up and delivery. My order was all wrong at this location and Management not too helpful at all, as for as solving the problem with the food. Also the workers forget to place the sauces in the bag that goes with the orders as requested. That's sad!!

This wingstop is the best in Baton Rouge. I love the speedy and kind service they give. I would eat here daily.

I waited for my food over thirty minutes as they playing dancing and leaving the back to come out and hug people . The cold drinks were horrible .I really wasted $36.00 for no sauce on my mild wings . They were talking and laughing so loud I got up to see if my order was ready .

the workers are filled with humor and the food was quick and easy got exactly what I wanted and asked for

This location is terrible!!! A Worker had their kid inside the restaurant running around. When you walk in the establishment, workers are playing in the phone and leaving you waiting at the counter. Over all lack of professionalism from answering the phone to how the store is ran, it’s not like people are expecting much professionalism anyways since it is a wingstop but really.

Literally watched one of the cooks bite the bag of sauce to cut it open. That's nasty af. Unorganized and slow.

The worst experience ever! Waited for almost 45 minutes for some dag on wings and never even got my drink LAWD the older lady taking orders was rude just all around bad didn’t even want my food after all that time
