Location had no customers and it still took a while for my food to come out and they did not give me the correct food so I have to drive back up there to get the right food terrible customer service as well when I explained to him on the phone, they were kind of rude Poor service overall

I hate this location so bad I didn't mean to order here but I did. I ordered hot honey and the smoked chipotle and received oil flavored wings. The corn was mushy. The food will be hot but lack severely in quality. It was supposed to be ready at 9:24 I didn't get it until 10

Lady taking orders wouldn't even smile, was in bad mood and had her daughter there also being moody and arguing with mom in front of customers.

There's only one person who can cash customers out,I had to wait about 7 mins just to place an order (I was the only person in the store at the time beside the couple who was dining in). I finally placed my order at 3:41(its now 4:05 still currently waiting)they forgot to put my order up on the board for the cooks to cook it. The cashier stayed on his phone the entire time he took my order. (very unprofessional) I should have canceled my order but I didn't because it was red flags from starts to finish. Would not recommend this wingstop at all

Best Wingstop in BR if you have the time go the extra 5-10min away from the arlington location. They actually care to make the food right and get it to you quick!! You have any problems grab Kimiko she's the GOAT.

This is the second time I have visited and everything has been excellent. The constant between both visits is the manager has been present. This lady does not play around! My order was served quickly, hot, fresh and full of flavor. I hope this lady sticks around as it was terrible before her. Keep up the great work!
Fries...cold, soggy and extremely salty. Wings were lukewarm, the Louisiana Rub didn't have any flavor. But it had a tremendous amount of salt. Needless to say....im not a fan.
