Way over seasoned to the point that I had to wash or throw away my fries and not to mention that one of my sauces was incorrect on my takeout order that of course I did figure out until I made it home, shame on me for not checking first before I left.

I waited for boneless wings for 45 minutes and then they told me that they didn't have boneless, and then offered me tenders. I said yes and then waited another 15 minutes and then when I got them they didn't give me my fries. Worker was rude and I even wanted a refund and they wouldn't give me one. Which was embarrassing because I had a curfew with my team and we had to sit there and wait. Ambiance was also bad because all the lights were slightly flickering and it hurt everyone's eyes.

Received the wrong order completely 2/20. Called immediately and was told they would issue a refund in 10 days. Called about 12 business days later because still hadn’t gotten a refund and was ensured I’d get a refund. It’s 3/22 and still no refund and now they won’t answer my calls

WORST PLACE EVER. The employees weren’t just awful “workers” but couldn’t even talk to us waiting WAY too long for food.They were out of ice. Every person that asked the woman up front would get just a glare. Not a response or a word and then she’d disappear.The entire lobby was put up and all the chairs on the tables at 10pm. Customer asked if they were doing dine in and she said “No we ‘bout to close.” As she stood in front of a neon sign that said “OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT.”I waited for 20 mins for 6 wings and fries. When I asked if mine had been started she had no clue so I told her to void it so I could just leave. Some dude walked from the back and took my bag off the rack and handed it to me! What the hell. IT WAS DONE? I can’t grab food off the rack even though I’m literally standing 5’ from it. You have to call the names when you’re finished so we can get our food and leave! Blank stares and dumbfounded looks.Stay away!Food wasn’t even good. Dipped wings not even covered. I recommend nothing. Go anywhere else.

Food was not cooked as requested and the wings were dry as hell when they were specifically requested to be wet with sauce...Also location looked to have only one person working the other person came in fixed herself an adult beverage and rolled out without saying a word to the 8 to 10 customers waiting on orders smh...Not the most friendly employees or atmosphere!!!

I ordered online. They did not begin to make my order until I got there and this is the second time that this has happened to me at this location within on month! I asked why are they just starting on my order and I was told that there were orders ahead of mine. When I arrived at wing stop all three employees were standing at the front counter talking, not working on any orders! The place only had two other customers. There was no reason I should have had to wait so long! In addition to the long wait and poor customer service, my order was incorrect. I did not return the food just to avoid the horrible customer service and long wait! I will never order from this location again!!!!!!!!

Service is good when that lil girl is working. Looks like she actually wants to run an establishment one day. Besides that my order is always wrong or not even received before I arrive. cmon its not that hard guys. I've worked for $12 an hour before too. It gets better, show some pride.

The order took more than double the time the website said to get ready and we came and picked it up ourselves. The workers looked unenthusiastic. Additionally, I got a headache from the restaurant phone ringing multiple times when no one answered it. Very unprofessional to let it ring for minutes on end before answering it. Overall terrible experience.On top of all of this, the food was not correct. Will not come here again.
