This food is so disgusting I promise you don't ever waste your money here. The sauce is broken and the chicken is so dry. Go to Cane's or chic fil a or get your own Buffalo sauce because this is a sad excuse for a restaurant. Tried to eat it but it's going straight to the trash...that's how terrible this food is and the customer service.

Ever since this location was taken over by foreigners the food quality and service has been terrible, on 11/6/25 I returned my food because the chicken was inedible, dry, and had no sauce. I asked for well done fries which were soggy and limp. The man who makes the food doesn’t wear a beard or hair net and his attitude was disgusting and downgrading to women. He took my food back and said I would be refunded, even though I simply asked for it to be remade, it is now 11/21/25 and I have not received my refund nor have I eaten. I want my money. The woman wrote on my receipt refunded when I asked for the receipt of the said refund which she never provided. They stole my money and took the food!

Wing stop has good wings. However, they consistently provide crappy service. I’ve had so many problems with service at several locations to the point I don’t want the food anymore. The location on Wax Rd. In Central checked my bag yesterday, and still managed to not give me 5 of 15 wings. I called a Paula (per her) said she couldn’t do anything. She was extremely rude and refused to provide her managers name. That location has gotten horrible!

My order is constantly being messed up by the staff. Today I gave them a tip and they still managed to mess my order up even while being slow. When I go back to get them to fix it they acted like I was dumb, even after showing them the receipt. I called them the entire way back and NO ONE could answer the phone. These workers are ignorant and lazy. It’s getting to be unacceptable at this point and I’m getting fed up with these workers. Will not be returning. They lost a loyal customer

So I ordered from this wingstop through Uber Eats, an order which included two 10 piece wings, a 52oz Simply Lemonade, ranch and extra sauce. When I received my order, the drink I was given was lemonade in two 32 Oz cups with ice in it. Although I understand that, technically, I received more lemonade than I ordered, I specifically ordered the jug of lemonade because I dont like placing food delivery orders of fountain drinks with ice in them because by the time the order arrives, the drinks usually tend to be flat from the melted ice. So I called up to the wingstop to let them know that if they didn't have the 52oz lemonade, I would have much rather them just let me know that. More than likely, I would have asked for it to be removed from my order, or I would have requested two 20oz bottled drinks in place of the lemonade and been fine with that. But the lady I talked to over the phone was dismissive and was talking as though she did me a favor by sending what they sent. While I acknowledged to her that yes, I understand its more than I ordered, I was trying to get her to see that I ordered it the way I did for a reason. So now I'm sitting here with two 32oz drinks that taste watered down because all the ice they put in it has melted. And one of the drinks had something floating in it. I've never been the type to leave negative reviews because I'm a business owner myself and I understand just how much a bad review off a simple mistake can greatly affect your business. Yet, every single time I deal with this particular wingstop, the customer service and attitude of the people working there is horrible. I didn't call there angry or anything. I spoke calmly and in a respectful manner. If she would have just acknowledged my concerns, I would have driven the 2 drinks back there, untouched, swapped them for something different and called it a day. I don't wish bad on anyone or their business, but this particular wingstop has to get it together when it comes to customer service.

Too bad 0 wasn't an option. I think this might be THE WORST place in central. For attitude. Customer service. Concern. Capability. Called in an order, which was shocking bcuz they never answer the phone. Waited 30 b4 I went to pick up. Got there. They had never even started the order. Then dicked around like they were chilling at the house. It's almost funny that this is actually a legit business. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere, anywhere else.
