Too bad 0 wasn't an option. I think this might be THE WORST place in central. For attitude. Customer service. Concern. Capability. Called in an order, which was shocking bcuz they never answer the phone. Waited 30 b4 I went to pick up. Got there. They had never even started the order. Then dicked around like they were chilling at the house. It's almost funny that this is actually a legit business. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere, anywhere else.

This place, like many other places in Central, doesn't seem to care much about customer service. The phone line for the store is disconnected and, if you take the trouble to drive to the store to order, they will rudely tell you that their "system is down--you can only order online." Maybe it is, maybe it's not, but I definitely think there is a way you could convey that information in a more pleasant way to a would-be patron. To be clear, I have eaten from here before and the food was pretty decent but, unfortunately, I was treated with a similar amount of disinterest.

This is the best location when it comes to seasoning them wangs!!! Hubby doesn't like the voodoo fries (seasoning) but I think they're good as long as they're hot. The food is always fresh, hot, and ready within the time frame given when ordering online. No pics for this one.. I always dive in too quick ??

ordered the boneless wings, 6 tenders, large fries. everything was made correctly. placed a mobile order, it was ready when i got there. tenders and wings were hot. even after 20 min drive home, food was still steaming hot and CRISPY which i love. will definitely eat there again since the place seems to be under new management and everything tasted great!
