I asked an employee nicely for a fork and he told me to ask the cashier and the cashier isn’t paying any attention to me so I ask again and he causes hell and grabs a fork for me then stares and me and my buddies and I told him to take a picture it’ll last longer and he said he’d crack me and my buddies across the head if we play w him again. The cashier also has had an attitude since we walked in. And it took an hour for my food.

I hate this location, they’re always busy. To the point where I waited in line, finally got to the counter and the cashier tells me she can’t take my order. That she has to help the people in the back fry & cook the food. Also that it would be 30min wait when I do place my order. I said, “ok” and walked out. This has happened twice, and the other times I end up waiting over 40mins for 10pcs wings. It’s a great sign that there busy, but I think a better system should be put into place to where the food is brought out in a timely manner. Maybe hire more employees, better management, or increasing kitchen space.Dietary restrictions: At least it’s protein.??♀️

The worst Wingstop I had in a while. I ordered spicy Korean q 16 pieces boneless all in bundle deal. It was absolutely horrible. Burnt. No taste. The sauce wasn't even there the garlic parm was okay. More butter than garlic. The hot were okayish. Those were the 6 piece tendies. I can't rate the service because me order through the app. It was just a very sad day for takeout.

I ordered wingstop on August 26th for 42.00 and some change. I did not get all of my food. I called and asked for redelivery of missed items and they said it'll be right out. Waited 2 hours and called they said it was refused. I then asked for a refund it took 2 weeks to reach out to me and even agreed that it's officially been A MONTH with no food or refund. It's not even about the money at this point, it's the principle. I've provided them the entire screenshot of the order, my email, phone number etc etc etc. When I tell you I'm SUING WINGSTOP, I mean it.

We ordered a 15 piece wing and large fry. They seemed busy so we waited. After 1 1/2 hours when we checked on our order they couldn't find it. They didn't seem to care. Don't waste your time trying to get food here.

Customer service awful. Never greet you, have went in twice instead of a greeting I got an eye roll, fries NEVER fresh. Waited an hour for my food & fries were so cold . Asked for fresh fries & was ignored the first time , had to ask again. Visited location again , fries not fresh again nor was I greeted . This location used to be my favorite but it definitely isn’t anymore.

I'd give zero if I could. NEVER order delivery through their website. They took so long that the original Doordasher left, then another dasher told me it would be thirty more minutes after it had already taken two hours. We decided to give them one more shot, and they've essentially stolen from us as the goods and services were never rendered. Just go somewhere else.
