I asked for a refundar and they said they didn’t find my order they said they will call me back in like 20 minutes and they never did
I called to cancel this order and the didn’t answer the phone purposely so I can cancel my order and the purposely sent the calls to voicemail would literally me never order anything from here again

I visited this location for an order since I make deliveries. While the orders are always ready, I'm not fond of the atmosphere. My last visit, unfortunately it was extremely hot and the door was propped open with a fan. I felt bad for the workers as they looked miserable. The usual worker handing out orders is always straight forward and bland in customer service skills. I've visited a few times and same every time. I can understand the last visit though due to the heat inside. Although when grabbing an order and being handed a cup, the ticket says the drink. The location was aware there was no sweet tea and so it almost screwed up my delivery. Anyway, I would not recommend this location. Basically, if I wouldn't eat there, I don't recommend.

i’m not sure what it is but this location seems like things have changed. i would come here on my break and the food always came out good but my last visit was not good. i had stomach pains after and the next day , i ended up having food poisoning. i gave them another try when i came yesterday and the food just wasn’t it. the fries were hard and overcooked & the tenders i had in hot honey did not taste right. i also had to wait mad long for someone to finally ask if i was picking up an order. i don’t think ill be coming here again.

Ordered my food and when i got there it had never been made. They told me they stop cooking at 11:30 which is a lie. I was told my funds would be returned to my card and after a few days i have yet to receive my refund. Also another time i got home with my food and my ranch was wasted all over the bag. I will never order from this location again.

I ordered online and had it delivered and I didn't receive all of my food. Very disappointed not to have one compliment the other. Tried reaching out and of course no one wants to answer the phone. Didn't get what I wanted and money wasted for nothing. 🤬🤬

This is the worse Wingstop. I use mobile for online order through their app and the wrong food was delivers. It’s after 10pm and I have called over 20 times and they don’t even answer phone. This is not the first time this has happened.
The customer service was good but my wings and fries were burned. I was really looking forward to wing stop had to trash it.

Every single time I’ve eaten here my order hasn’t been right once. The workers barely speak English and always seem confused. I’m late going back from lunch every single time! I wish one was closer to my job, other than this location!

It was like 1130 pm and I ain’t go lie they was busy as hell to say they close at midnight but over all I ordered an 8pc I forgot what it was tossed in but either way them fries was omg so good and the wings too
