The reason for the low score is simply, customer service. After returning home, my daughter saw that she only received 2 tenders instead of 3, as ordered. She called the store to get some type of compensation, and they asked her if she could come back for one tender... absolutely not. If we were in the area, then yes. Their response was poor and showed lack of concern for the customer

I spoke to the manager about a gift card for my grandson and I got screamed at I guess there is a shortage of grape soda watermelon and a ebt card.
In town for work, staying in one of the hotels in the area. After a long and stressful day all I wanted was my wings the way I like them. A little too much rub in them but that was not a problem. If I pay for blue cheese I expect my freaking blue cheese and not ranch dressing. 2 or 3 girls fixing orders and couldn’t see I paid extra for that dressing and by the way I left them a tip cause I like to tip the people are feeding me. So PLEASE double check your orders before being ready to dispatch them. Also, some of us, do use napkins please. Lack of training maybe!

seriously wish i could give zero stars TERRIBLEEEEE service WOW. Went as a group, other couple received their food promptly, why did the staff manage to finish FIVE SEPARATE WALK IN ORDERS BEFORE SERVING MY FOOD?!? truly astonishing how these workers aren’t worth a damn, save your time and the headache just wish i saw the reviews before placing my damn order at this trash chain.

Wow, this place is horrible. I don't recommend it at all. Ordinary and coarse. Besides, they work without gloves and almost no customers come to them because they sell raw chickens. How horrible. I don't buy here anymore. 🥴🥴🤮🤮🤮

I’m typing this October 9th 2024, I have been going to this location the past 2 years maybe once a month or twice . My experience is never consistent. Between orders being wrong and food missing , I’m officially done with this location. The week night staff obviously doesn’t care about properly taking care of customers. The icing on the cake for me was I went last night, October 8th 2024 and all my food was cold, my ranch was hot and my large fry was missing in my bag . Like is putting fries in a bag Too difficult for working age Adults. I’m obviously asking for too much .My experience is pretty good at the bluebonnet location so I will take the extra ride there for now on . I personally manage a restaurant and I don’t allow my staff to run off my customers. A business is nothing without return customers. With that being said, please do better Management.

I placed an online order in the app, they apparently ran out of wings. They did not inform me, they called my phone one time and my phone was on do not disturb. I had my voicemail box set up, so they could have left a voicemail or attempt to call me again. Upon arrival they were cleaning the facility, no food was made for me (I ordered wigs with a side of fries.) they then informed me about not having bone in wings. They offer me boneless wings instead, the worker then came to me and said they’re out of boneless wings. I NEVER AGAIN WILL ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I HAVE YET TO BE REFUNDED because the manager is apparently not in every time, so I’m still fighting for my refund for food I’ve never EVER received.

I called literally a two minutes after submitting order to make a change to my order, the manager refused to change order to all flats. It was scheduled for pick up for 8:15 I called at 8:05 she said order was already ready so I asked her to just cancel and refund me since she couldn’t make a simple fix. She did agree but I asked for receipt of refund she states she can’t provide that. The customer service was horrible. This usually is my favorite location I pass by all the other locations because I know this one would deliver, but they failed tonight. I am so disappointed! I just want proof of my refund for food I never received. If the manager lack customer service skills just imagine the staff. I just needed a simple fix for an order that should not have been ready until 8:15 anyway.

Placed order, then was told they were out of tenders and out of bbq sauce. Fries tasted great, but we got the tiniest little nubbins for the most part.
Music was too loud and a seemingly endless stream of slow, boring, drawn out hiphop/R&B songs about making love. I’m trying to eat ? wished I had chosen take out instead.
Very warm (is the ac working alright?), and the tables could probably be cleaned more often. Most of the beverage options were out.
At least the teas were labeled with the date they were brewed.

1 STAR. I WOULD GIVE IT A 0 IF THERE WAS AN OPTION. it takes SO long to make such a small order me and my friends are never ordering here again, do better
