Food is great. Service sucks. Orders take 20-30 minutes longer than project. Staff can't get orders out with any consistency. Person giving out orders won't call out names as they come out so you have to pay attention when they are ready and go ask about them.

Terrible. Rude and unprofessional staff, the boneless wings were like Chick-fil-A nuggets, and had to wait an hour for my food. The whole restaurant was packed of people waiting for the food and all the cooks stopped working to go talk to their friend that just walked in

Order online for delivery and when leaving it upon my doorstep, I opened it and it was all wrong. I asked for ranch, I got mustard, I ordered bbq boneless wings, I get two different flavors with bones in them. I paid and got nothing I asked for.. very disappointed customer.

I ordered wings and ranch online, but upon reviewing my bag, the ranch was absent. The cashier informed me of a ranch shortage and proposed an alternative, which I declined. Had I not checked, this oversight would have passed unnoticed. Disappointingly, the staff displayed rude behavior and poor attitudes, leading me to request a refund. This experience warrants a 0/10 rating and I would not recommend this establishment.
