I had a great experience at the Wingstop on Arlington Creek Center Blvd in Baton Rouge. I’ve been a longtime Wingstop customer, but I stopped going for a while because of past poor customer service at other locations. I decided to give the brand another chance, and I’m glad I chose this store.
The employee who helped me was outstanding. He asked about my Thanksgiving plans, told me about their new wing flavor, and even gave me a free sample. His attitude and customer service were genuinely impressive — the kind of experience you don’t see often anymore.
I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but he carried himself like a manager. Professional, friendly, and actually interested in making the customer’s visit enjoyable. Because of him, I’ll be returning to this location.
For reference, my order was Order #10016. Excellent service and a much better experience than I’ve had in the past. Highly recommend this Wingstop.

Terrible service. Took 50 minutes to get our order out and went back every 20 minutes to check on our food. When I went up they said it wasn’t ready. Well by the 50 minute mark I asked again and then they finally realized it was sitting up there for 30 minutes. Asked to get a refund for the food since it was cold and they took back the food and guess what? NO REFUND. It’s been days now and nothing. Don’t waste your time with this place.
