Terrible service. Took 50 minutes to get our order out and went back every 20 minutes to check on our food. When I went up they said it wasn’t ready. Well by the 50 minute mark I asked again and then they finally realized it was sitting up there for 30 minutes. Asked to get a refund for the food since it was cold and they took back the food and guess what? NO REFUND. It’s been days now and nothing. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Food took 40 minutes. We watched our order sit on the counter for 15 minutes as the workers in the back were dancing and clapping around. Food was cold when we got it. Extremely unprofessional

Decided to give this place another try because the morning crew was so polite last visit OOO BUT JESUS tnt it was horrible i went in to retrieve my order the short sassy guy gave me my order 10 classic lemon pepper full of grease i mean the whole box was soaked & was soggy “he screams redip her chicken and give it to her all the chicken going be the same texture “ I said excuse me redip what and he goes on To say “o what you don’t like sauce “ I said your being funny but lemon pepper doesn’t have sauce so that’s even more reason to give me fresh chicken because my chicken was so soggy it looked like it had sauce on it I’m threw with this place on top of that they were blasting music & cussing like they were in a night club and he still gave me redipped chicken I will be taking this further ‼️‼️

I went here to order 50 wings yesterday. NO one was in the establishment. I ordered they told me it would be 20 minutes. 1 hr later they delivered my order. The chaos in the kitchen was noticeable. Either they are understaffed or mismanaged!
