Don’t eat here. Horrible customer service cheap food.
The wings are incredible, so crispy and moderately meaty! But the buffalo sauce is all soybean oil and smells like chemicals.
We were departing BTR today and stopped at the only bar in the airport on this side and maybe that's the reason. The bartender was an absolute ass sorry not sorry. Her attitude was terrible! Acted like she hated her job and anyone that sat at the bar like we were a problem to her. Just a complete drag. When you are the only bar eatery on one side of the airport you probably could potentially make it your thing instead of all guests feeling like they are a burden to you.
Amazin food 😋 great, fast service too.
Rude/gross/unfriendly experience — eat before you get to the airport.
Food is good but my order is always wrong
I had the pleasure of eating at WOW at the airport in baton rouge. The food was really good. Best food I'd had out my whole trip. Thank you guys for ending a great trip with even greater food. Chicken strips were ON POINT!!
Best chicken sandwich I could have possibly imagined having at an airport. Would get on purpose outside of an airport.
Horrible service, horrible wait time for food. Bad all around.
No bartender half the time
Didn't get a menu
And very proud of there weak drinks

This review is for the WOW quick service location. As far as I can tell it is part of the WOW cafe and doesn’t have a separate entity on the map for a review.
Unfortunately as far as I can tell you are locked into this restaurant as the only place to eat in BTR. There is a coffee place that I think has pastries next door but it doesn’t seem to be a lunch spot.
From the moment I ordered food, it took about 15 minutes to get with them having to ask me again which quesadilla I ordered and then got confused when I said the chicken quesadilla when there is only a veggie and chicken quesadilla on the menu.
I also ordered a 32oz fountain drink and was given a 20oz cup. As far as I can tell it’s the only size they have so not sure why there is two options on the menu. They also have bottled soda which isn’t on the menu but is 16.9oz. Something isn’t right here but I didn’t care enough to look into it.
As far as the food goes, flavor is good but the execution is awful. I barely got any chicken on my chicken quesadilla. The flavor I did get on the pieces of chicken that were there is good , just needs to be more of it considering the price I paid. The box also had a fair amount of grease on it and in it when they handed it to me, which was sloppy. The salsa that was given with the quesadilla was really good considering.
The staff doesn’t seem like it could be more disinterested in talking to anyone. The tone I’ve heard with other customers while I waited was very much an “I don’t want to be here, but I need to be polite” tone.
Vegetarian options: Veggie Quesadilla and Veggie Burger at least are on the menu.
Parking: This location is part of the airport and is past the TSA checkpoint.

Wings were surprisingly good, legitimately best I’ve had anywhere (airport or not) in awhile. Crispy and tender.
Great Jucifer IPA as an accompaniment.
Service was adequate. Bartender got more friendly when greeted with friendliness.
